“There are a lot of car repair locations that get a bad reputation (mostly deserved) but I have had several vehicles worked on related to various insurance issues over the years and EVERY time Fix auto always does an outstanding job. Seems as though there is more of a moral approach to repairs here than I have seen elsewhere.”
“Fantastic service and staff. I just had a windshield replacement in early 2026 from a mobile service and it was a bit of a nightmare. They put the wrong glass in and there was leaking. I’d already paid them so kept calling them back (4 visits total) to have the correct glass put in and then fix leaks. During all of this, I’d called Auto Glass Center for advice and they were super helpful. The windshield was finally replaced and leak free…only to catch a rock and immediately crack beyond repair just 5 months later.

“My husband had his car tinted here 2 years ago, and now it is my turn, since I got a new vehicle.
Mike was very good at explaining the different types of Ceramic tint and even shows a visual demonstration using a heatbox on how the sun hits the different tints.
Very friendly service and reasonable price for the package he had to offer me. I was coming in to just do driver and passenger side, but I ended up tinting the entire car.
Also, the waiting area is very clean and comfortable while waiting. He has coffee and drinks. Same day appointment, and walk ins are welcome too. It only took an hour for the whole car and it looks so good!

“My experience here was lovely. On short notice I was able to take my Fiat 500 in for a rear window replacement due to a landscaper’s negligence. I was quoted prices of $800 to $1400 from several other places. I hated that the landscaper would have to come out of his pocket so deeply. My last call was to My Auto Glass. The owner was so informative about this service. He was also quite honest about the great price I was getting due to business being a little slow at the beginning of summer. He replaced my window in one and a half hours for $300. They went the extra step of vacuuming all the glass out of the car. I will return to this shop if I ever need a window replacement. I will also share this shop’s service to anyone in need. I really just want to thank the owner from the bottom of my heart for sharing his knowledge and service.”

“Had my bumper replaced by them about 4 months ago. The turnover was quick, only a couple of days. They also have a lifetime warranty on what they fixed as long as you own the car, which is nice. I've brought my car because because of scrapes or scratches on my bumper and they fixed it right away. They are extrmely attentive and will help you in any way they can. Also the price was reasonable for the service they did including the parts. I was am very happy with the customer service and the work they did. Can't recommend this place enough to those needing their car fixed!”
“Eddie did a fantastic job on my “impossible” repair. I was told by many people that this dent was beyond fixing and I’d need the entire two doors repainted. He was able to get it 95% of the way there in a couple hours and I’m very happy with it! My dent looked like someone shot my car with a BB gun to now it just looks like a little rock hit the paint. 10/10 will be using Eddie again if I ever need dent repair.”

“Called to get a quote and spoke with Chris who is the owner and operator of AAA Glass. He gave me a quote which was on par with other quotes I received but he is mobile so he was able to come to my house. Scheduled me first thing in the morning the next day. Chris was friendly and I could tell that he knew what he was doing. I mean, if you've been in business since '98 and still going strong, that's saying something. Chris was done start to finish in about 45 mins. Granted I don't have sensors on my windshield. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and AAA Glass for your windshield replacement.”

Recently, my car's roof was damaged at a car wash. I was requested by them to get two estimates. Marck Motors Body Shop was recommended to me by the local Hyundai dealership in El cajon. The second estimate came from another local car dealership.

Wild Marck Motors Body Shop was fixing my roof, I was also in need of a rental car which I got from Enterprise car rental on Magnolia in El cajon. Everyone there went above and beyond and was amazing!!!
The whole time Marck Motors Body Shop had my car Sam Hill, the manager kept me up on what was going on. He was very nice and knowledgeable!! He kept me and the car wash abreast often.
