“I can't recommend Collision Experts in Lemon Grove enough! They did an absolutely amazing job repairing my Toyota after it was involved in an accident. When I picked it up, I was honestly blown away, it looked brand new, like I had just driven it off the dealership lot.

“My husband had his car tinted here 2 years ago, and now it is my turn, since I got a new vehicle.
Mike was very good at explaining the different types of Ceramic tint and even shows a visual demonstration using a heatbox on how the sun hits the different tints.
Very friendly service and reasonable price for the package he had to offer me. I was coming in to just do driver and passenger side, but I ended up tinting the entire car.
Also, the waiting area is very clean and comfortable while waiting. He has coffee and drinks. Same day appointment, and walk ins are welcome too. It only took an hour for the whole car and it looks so good!

“Had my bumper replaced by them about 4 months ago. The turnover was quick, only a couple of days. They also have a lifetime warranty on what they fixed as long as you own the car, which is nice. I've brought my car because because of scrapes or scratches on my bumper and they fixed it right away. They are extrmely attentive and will help you in any way they can. Also the price was reasonable for the service they did including the parts. I was am very happy with the customer service and the work they did. Can't recommend this place enough to those needing their car fixed!”

“My experience here was lovely. On short notice I was able to take my Fiat 500 in for a rear window replacement due to a landscaper’s negligence. I was quoted prices of $800 to $1400 from several other places. I hated that the landscaper would have to come out of his pocket so deeply. My last call was to My Auto Glass. The owner was so informative about this service. He was also quite honest about the great price I was getting due to business being a little slow at the beginning of summer. He replaced my window in one and a half hours for $300. They went the extra step of vacuuming all the glass out of the car. I will return to this shop if I ever need a window replacement. I will also share this shop’s service to anyone in need. I really just want to thank the owner from the bottom of my heart for sharing his knowledge and service.”

He was able to get it 95% of the way there in a couple hours and I’m very happy with it! Recently, my car's roof was damaged at a car wash. I was requested by them to get two estimates. Marck Motors Body Shop was recommended to me by the local Hyundai dealership in El cajon. The second estimate came from another local car dealership.

Wild Marck Motors Body Shop was fixing my roof, I was also in need of a rental car which I got from Enterprise car rental on Magnolia in El cajon. Everyone there went above and beyond and was amazing!!!
The whole time Marck Motors Body Shop had my car Sam Hill, the manager kept me up on what was going on. He was very nice and knowledgeable!! He kept me and the car wash abreast often.

I was referred to Auto Glass Now through my insurance company. They were very thorough and professional, replacing my windshield while I waited. Before the appointment, I received several texts to keep me informed. Hopefully won't have to replace another windshield, but if I do, I'll definetly use Auto Glass Now.”
“This review is a little past due. In February, while replacing my car's windshield at a different repair shop, damage was discovered that was traced back to work Penske had done on the car in the past. Thankfully I'd saved my Penske paperwork so I went to them, explaining the situation.
It took a few days but their upper management approved a complete teardown and repair. In this case, it meant they were willing to take the entire roof off my car to fix damage. Honestly, while I greatly appreciated that they accepted responsibility, I was very surprised by the length they were willing to go to get it fixed. Its very rare to experience this nowadays.
One of their local managers, Pablo, offered to be my primary point of contact. He said that Penske prides itself on perfection which was why they were willing to go to such a length to fix the problem. I worked with Pablo to find an intermediate solution where the damage was addressed to my satisfaction and without his team taking as much work out of production to get it done. This experience in a way helped restore some of my faith in humanity, lol!
