“I now bring both my 2006 BMW 330i and my wife's 2014 Mercedes E class to Poway Imports. They are both extremely capable and very honest and upfront. They've performed numerous repairs on both these cars, able to effectively diagnose the issue and perform the needed fixes with excellent communications along the way.
My 80+ year old parents recently moved to San Diego into assisted living and wanted to purchase a car. There was a great deal on Carvana for a late model BMW X1. I would normally have hesitated about them buying it but suggested they buy it and have the Poway Imports team do an inspection during the 7 day return period. We were able to make that happen and the guys only found some code oddities, likely related to a drained battery, but nothing signfiicant. It helped my parents get a great deal on a the car they really wanted!
Again - the knowledge and exepertise on the team is off the charts. They take the work extremely seriously as they should. I have full confidence in them and their work. Highly recommend!”

My car was having issues starting and other car shops could not get me a clear diagnosis on what the problem was.
I called Antonio on a Saturday morning and he was able to check out my car within the hour. He was very friendly and inspected my car thoroughly. He listened to what I suspected was wrong, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly.
After a few tests, he was able to find the issue with my car- which wasn’t as serious (and expensive) as what other shops had told me. He quickly fixed my car and charged an extremely fair price.
I’m very glad I went to Antonio. He’s very honest and it felt like he was looking out for me, which is rare at an auto shop. I will definitely be coming back next time I have car problems!”
