Alba was the sweetest with customer service so kind sweet attentive the worker before her old lady with grey hairs was so rude and unfriendly but Alba jumped in was so kind understanding will be calling corporate to let them know alba is amazing !!!!

For a handicap person the riding carts always broke never repaired . Had to wait 2 hrs for one to be available and when I first got it the battery died . With the amount of elderly and handicap I would think Walmart could do a better job in serving their customers .

This is one is the biggest Walmarts I've been to. I think it seems so huge because it's all on one floor. They have literally anything and everything you could possibly need. Some of the pricing is much like anywhere else but there are some good deals to be had.

As I was on my way out of the store the older receipt-checking lady stopped me and started looking at my cart and the receipt really intensely and then she accused me of trying to steal a bicycle helmet. I only had two things in my cart a 55 inch tv and a bike helmet. Because everyone knows actual thieves usually steal bike helmets and pay for tvs. It turns out the cashier just forgot to scan the helmet. Anyways while that was a little annoying and I understand why she did that, what really pissed me off was when I went to take the helmet back to the cashier to go pay for it, the receipt checker aggressively yanks the bike helmet out of my hands and didn't let me take it no matter how much I explained that I needed it. Well hello lady I need the actual object in order for the cashier to ring me up for it. The only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars and not 1 (or 0 if that's possible) is because the cashier apologized profusely as was very nice to me and because the store has a wide variety of objects at reasonable prices. But seriously Walmart (If any manager from Walmart is reading this which I doubt) get your s*** together and train your receipt checkers to stop treating everyone like thieves. I get that a lot of people steal things from here, but from a customer service point of view it's better to treat every customer like they're innocent and let a few thieves get away, then to treat every customer like they are thieves and be one hundred percent successful in stopping every thief.

The services / returns was closed at 8pm. I have never heard of such a thing. If the store is open then the store should offer returns and exchanges. I won't be coming back and I will let everyone I know.

Self Check out is horrible! Employees at this station are nasty. Especially the Mean old Indian women harassing everyone with her co worker. Never had a bad experience here until today. I imagine these older ladies where bullied growing up. Do better!! 6/28/22

I usually don't use Walmart as I prefer Target for my home goods. I asked a client about a pair of casual pants he was wearing (where did you get those) that looked nice and comfortable...he said believe it or not I got them at Walmart. So I went here looking and found them...I bought four pair and absolutely love them. So lightweight and comfortable with a great price tag. While inside I was looking at the store and was impressed at this location so I will start using them from time to time and se if they can convert me. I was impressed with the service at the fitting room...the person did a good job of making sure you carried in and out the same number of items and made sure you didn't leave anything behind. I appreciate that so when you do go in it's nice and clean. I hate a messy dressing room. So great job.

Every time I buy processed meat here that's prepackaged I get it home and it's rotten. I've had very bad experience with him by Oscar Meyer. The last three or four times I have bought Oscar Meyer prepackaged meat from this place I open it up and it's rotten. The last time I just bought some few days ago I opened it up two days later and it stinks so bad. This is unacceptable I spend cash money on this food and it's a waste of my money

Folks, when a huge company like Wal Mart lobbies to build in your neighborhood with the promise of bringing new jobs- say no. Walmart never has enough staffing to help customers. I am currently calling to ask if they have a product, listening to the phone ring unanswered (oh it just hung up on me after it rang for 5 solid minutes). Who are they hiring from the neighborhood? Who are they hiring if only one out of 20 registers are open? Who are they hiring if they don't have enough people available for someone to answer the phone?? Who are they hiring if a customer has to search high and low for a staff member to help them in the store?? This has been happening long before March 2020. They ruin small businesses who had A+ customer service, and obviously aren't hiring enough staff.

Not only on numerous times have I been watched at self checkout and being commented on not to forget multiple items in my basket by the people as I'm scanning. But I was stalked to my car today by a worker for bringing a basket to my car after the lady stopped me and said you can't bring it out unless you bring it back. What is the point of having a basket to carry your belongings? I will not be coming back.

For a store this size (Poway), I would think they would offer more than 3 or 4 measly motorized carts for people with disabilities. I have been having difficulty accessing a cart that even functions, as they're so old and used up they don't work very well. I asked one of the employees if they had any more and was told they've requested more, but management hasn't responded. The employee also stated that people end up shopping at nearby Costco instead, which is what I've been doing. Costco, on the other hand, just replaced all the old carts and they're offering more of them for use. They need to get more carts sufficient for the great number of shoppers at that store.

Walmart's deliver service is horrible! My last 3 orders have been screwed up. 1st order they didn't even show up then customer service said it would be delivered the next morning and again they didn't show and then canceled my order. The 2nd order, they tried to deliver the wrong order and then canceled my order. This 3rd time, i was missing 1/3 of my order. Customer service is horrendous and can't do anything but apologize and cancel your order and give you a phone number which never gets answered. I searched for a corporate customer service number and then received an email from a manager (?) at the Poway store, Sherin Sonny, with a phone number to call her but she is never available. I have left her multiple voicemails over the past couple of weeks but she never calls back and now whenever I call I am sent straight to voicemail. I have wasted countless hours and waited around for multiple days for nothing but more frustration. I'm taking my business elsewhere and advise you to do the same.

I'm giving this location a 5 star due to the cashier that assisted me today. Connie, you were so sweet, helpful & patient. Most of the reviews I've read state long wait times to check out but it's Walmart, I'm 100% sure most if not all are super busy. I get anxious when it's my turn to pay just to due my social anxiety and she made everything so easy! Walmart, you are lucky to have her as an employee and I wish more people were as sweet as her! :)

The employee at the pharmacy counter, Shareen, is completely and utterly unprofessional and should be fired. Her red finger nails were completely trashy and her English speaking skills were horrendous! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to fill your prescriptions!
