For several months in 2022 Corodata sent invoices to me that showed a credit balance balance (approximately $2000). When i closed the account (in 2022) Corodata told me (more than once) that they would send me the appx $2000 credit balance. Several months have passed and I have never received the refund check. I called just now (on 2-2-2023) and a Corodata employee told me that Corodata found a "bookkeeping error' and that they did not owe me a refund. Please draw your own conclusions as to whether you should work with this company.

This review is solely on the customer service operator rather than the Company as a whole. I have called 858-748-1100 on separate days, and with each call I have never had a friendly interaction with the operator. The young woman who answers the phone to direct calls, is the most unfriendly, unhelpful operator I have encounter. Her tone, expression and demeanor are clearly misaligned and she is giving the impression this company does not care about their account holders. There are times my call has been misdirected, transferred to a voicemail, or flat out no response. The account I am calling about has been with Corodata for decades, and we've never had issues with customer service in the past.

Everyone we dealt with at Corodata was helpful, courteous and accommodating... they worked within our remote employee's schedule, got our shredding picked up quickly and the pricing can't be beat! We will definitely be calling Corodata again for our future shredding needs.

Tracey has been our Los Angeles Law Firm's rep for over 10 years! She is great! If I have an expedited request, she ensures that our files are ready the same day if necessary! They offer shedding if needed. Corodata's staff is professional and considerate. The guys help w moving and lifting which is great when you are loading and unloading several boxes. Thanks Corodata! You guys are awesome!!!????????

They arrived early! Very quick and painless to get scheduled and have a mountain of files taken offsite for shredding. Will definitely use again if we need to.

I reside in Harrisburg, PA and use Corodata to service our remote locations in CA. Even given the distance, time difference etc. they make everything easy. The professionalism, on time service, and courtesy from everyone involved is chart topping. They're a great company across the board. If you're in San Diego or San Jose and need offsite media retention services they're the company to go with.

We've been with corodata for many years. Based on my experience with them since day one, the courteousness, response time, attitude and helpfullness stays very consistent. I can always rely on Jane Brannon and Julio Arredondo professionalism.

Working with Corodata the last few months has been great. Jane, Pam and Tracey all have excellent customer service skills and are very prompt with their replies. My company has been using their shredding and storage services for many years, but my recent interaction with them has proven we are with the right company. Corodata is doing a great job on all levels!

I am a legal assistant and have been using Corodata with all of the law firms I have worked with for over the past 13 years. You will never find another customer service department as friendly and helpful as Corodata. No matter how many times I call, or how many mistakes I make trying to retrieve a box or documents, they are always courteous and are right there to help me. I have found their drivers to be very professional and friendly as well. I love working with them and will always recommend their services to everyone.

I run a warehouse for our local school district and have used Corodata as best I remember since 2004. We are serviced every other week promptly and courteously every time. Now most of the year we pretty much keep the same pace as far as how much shredding we have picked up here. However from the middle of May through June when schools are getting ready to close for the year our shredding demand becomes very high and there are and have been many times when we will fill at least ten 96 gallon containers per day. All I had to do was call my contact at Corodata (Jane )and request additional pickup of full shredding and another 10 to 15 empty containers to fill as soon as we get them. Even though we are not scheduled that often and as busy as Corodata is they have in all my years failed to meet my/our needs. They have always gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate everything Corodata has done and will do.
