I don’t do reviews on anything but I was on the phone for an hour trying to call them and they just straight up declined my call. Do not waste your time trying to call them, please call another costco or some other tire center.

Ordered tires and made an appointment for installation. I was told it would take an hour to have them put on and it’s been over two hours and they’re still not ready. This is the second time I’ve used them and the second time I’ve been stuck here for hours.

Had an appointment for 10:45am - they didn't touch the car until after noon. Then had Jay blow me off when asking why it took so long to start and when it would be done, talking to me as if they were doing me a favor. Won't be back.
