Learned of this lab through my daughter’s school, where CovX comes out to do onsite testing once a month. We are also allowed to go in person, and immediate family members are welcome, as well. This facility is pretty on point- always has available appts, walk ins are always taken promptly, you don’t even have to go inside the building! I’m so impressed with CovX, and their employees. Very professional, very tidy setup, they’ve streamlined the process and made it something I don’t dread doing anymore! Thank you CovX, for everything you do!!

I had to schedule same day PCR test for my parents and results should suppose to come before 3am next day which didn't happen and I had to change flight and was not able to sleep whole night waiting for the results and talking to airlines . Next day got a call from manager and he said he will refund the money for the PCR test but no response yet . Hope at least someone can help me to get the refund

Covx has been fantastic. We are a local preschool that now offers onsite Covid Testing for all our students through Covx. Friendly, organized, efficient, excellent service, super convenient, super easy to register, professional and exemplary.

I came here the other day to get my family tested, and had an absolutely amazing experience. There was no wait-time, and the individual who checked me in was very kind. My family was originally nervous to have something put up their nose, but Isaac was gentle and thorough. He reassured us he was in nursing school and has done this many times before, which definitely helped ease the tension. Overall, great experience and my new go-to testing site in the future.

I have tested with several labs before, and have had to wait several days to get results..: not the case with CovX, I had my results quickly and they were easy to view. Everything was streamlined and quick from preregistration online, setting my appointment, to having the test done in person. Their testing staff was friendly and personable. I will happily be making them my preferred testing lab.

10/10 would recommend this place! At home covid test kits have been sold out EVERYWHERE, and I was dreading waiting 2+ hours at Cal State San Marcos to get tested. My brother in law told me about this place and I drove here, absolutely zero line, and although I didn't do the pre registration form online (which helps save time) I still very quickly was able to fill it out in less than five minutes and was able to get tested which took literally less than five minutes also. The staff was very kind and helpful and even helped my 7 year old daughter feel at ease when having her swab test done. I took the test that was 24-48 hours to receive results and received them in 21 hours which was amazing. I did have to check my spam folder for some reason they ended up in that section of my email. Not CovX labs fault obviously. Otherwise, such a convenient experience. Erick was extremely friendly and helpful the next day when I had questions and called in regarding my test. I've told friends and family about this place, totally worth it when wanting quick and easy results.

Overall, a pleasant experience! New year and Covid-19 is still amongst us. I've been fortunate to not been hit with the virus or gotten really sick these past 2 years. As flu season hits, you never really know if what you have is Covid-related or the seasonal flu. Symptoms are alike and I started to feel under the weather with a sore throat, fever, and fatigue. I was very concerned and even though I've been vaccinated with a booster there is still a chance I can get infected, especially with the new variant, Omicron which is most contagious. It was difficult trying to find an available PCR Covid-19 test in the community and I was getting frustrated. Fortunately, my friend recommended CovX Labs. The process was easy and stress-free. You can pre-register online and book your appointment at any of the San Diego locations. The closest location from me was in Poway and the building was easy to find. They have their office sign visible up front and plenty of parking available. They also take walk-ins, but I recommend booking ahead of time. They offer a discount code when you schedule online, which I took advantage of. I was the first one there when I arrived. Lucky me! Unfortunately, they didn't look prepared to work. I saw them unpacking boxes inside and nobody was up front to assist me. I finally had to flag down an employee as I waited outside. He asked me if I made an appt. and pre-registered. I said yes, but he couldn't locate me in their system. Doh! He was still able to assist and I had to fill out some basic information on his iPad. They also accept insurance, but I paid out of pocket. He ended up giving me the uncomfortable swab test. My first one! It was quick and not as bad as I thought. He was quite gentle, which I appreciated. An emailed payment receipt is sent to you and he informed me that my results should come in before the end of the day. I liked how you can get same day results and they made sure to provide that for me as promised. I received two emails afterwards that my sample was being processed and they provided a token number that I would need to access my results. The second and final email was a pdf file of my results. I was able to save the document for my records. They also have a YouTube video tutorial of the whole process, which I highly recommend watching. Thanks CovX Labs for the positive experience! This will be my go-to testing site, but I hope I'll never had to go through that again. Crossing my fingers I won't need to. FYI: I'm negative!! HALLELUJAH!!

Almost 98 hours later and no results or communication from the lab. I understand the high volume of tests during the holiday spike of omicron, but please don't tell me 24-48 hours for a test result and then go radio silent. At this point, I don't need the result based on the timing of the onset of my first symptoms. Next step was calling my insurance company to let them know of the situation so they're up -to- speed when processing the claim. Any type of reply from this place would've been nice.

Not a lot to say. At the moment, finding covid test appointments is hard in San Diego. Overall, CovX labs was a pleasant experience. As someone pointed out, getting an appointment online doesn't actually speed up the process - you still wait in line along with the walk-ups. However, if you pay online you can use the coupon code and save some money if you're going for one of the upgraded options or not using insurance. For me, I just walked up at 9AM - there was 4 people in front of me, and I left at 9:25ish. Seemed reasonable. The person doing the swabs was very gentle and efficient. No problems there. The companies definition of "same day results" is a little dubious - 12:20AM the next day is a stretch but close enough I'm not worried about it. Website was kinda iffy though - took like 3 minutes to finish loading after submitting the screening form.
