Fatima at the pharmacy was rude and unprofessional. She made me feel like I was a bother and an inconvenience for needing my medication.

Doctor sent the script. CVS texted the wife there was a problem. We called the doc. They said to call the pharmacy. CVS machine said the script would be ready by 545. I went 645pm. They were talking off the side and ignored me waiting until even the pharmacist told them there was a pick-up twice. The girl pointed me over to the tech who needed me to give wife's date of birth three times before saying they're out of the med. Walked off. Last time I was here, they expedited some other guys meds and told me to wait while they serve him... I've never had them pull me through the line for help and I've waited most every time I came to pick up meds. WTFYou know I realized that most every time I'm walking out of this place I'm stressed and frustrated as hell. I'm gonna go beg wife's doc to send scripts anywhere else but here...

The manager at the CVS pharmacy is a joke. The way that she interacts with people is by not allowing the other party to finish any of the statements they are making. She speaks over you and doesn't allow you to ask a question or impose a statement; his includes conversations with her in person and over the phone. I called to make an order over the phone one day and was trying to ask a simple question about the pharmacy policy. I never asked that question though because she would not let me finish one sentence without assuming what I was going to say, and then answering her own speculation. Ridiculous. At one point I just quickly asked to speak with the manager which shocked her for a minute. She finally paused long enough to gather herself and said "OK, wait." I waited, and waited some more...No follow through. After 10 more minutes of waiting, she hung up. Considering how rude she was, I went to the store to speak to the manager about that pathetic customer service. I asked a last for the manager, she identified herself as that. I started to explain the scenario, she kept interrupting. I finally just called her out and told her that was impolite and very poor PR for such a company that should be all ears, especially when medication is involved.Again, she kept dodging the root of the problem and did the most plastic apology imaginable. I hope someone that is above her reads this and instructs her on how to not treat someone like a waste of time and actually heed advice and truly own up to mistakes.All that to say, I am no longer a customer here and feel as if that is the only medicine I received at this CVS Pharm (cut you the heck off again) store

They are not human! Bunch of zombies! Seriously, I got sinus infection, got the meds from doctor after called him. I called the pharmacy, some one responded and said they will call after the meds are ready. In fact nobody calls!

Awful experience with pharmacist...I just needed Rx transferred from my home pharmacy in NY as I was short a couple days medication...unable /unwilling to do it...put me on hold several times for 12 min and finally 3rd time I was disconnected. Appreciate she possibly felt rushed and impatient ( we all have bad days) but I had all the info for her (had called and got it from my home pharmacy)...but so unprofessional...kept saying "I know...I know" yet apparently not! Called CVS on Camino Del Norte and Ms Marissa took care of it in 2 minutes...

Worst service ever from a pharmacy. I made an appointment online for a Covid booster. I arrived on time and checked in online before entering the store. The first person who approached me had absolutely no idea what to do, so had to call over the pharmacist. The pharmacist told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes since they needed to warm up the vaccine. I had an appointment, they should have had the vaccine ready. After waiting about 25 minutes I went back to the counter. The pharmacist went "Oh!" Like he had totally forgotten me. About 10 minutes later he called me into the inoculation room, where it became apparent he'd forgotten the vaccine, so another delay. Finally, after 50 minutes, I got the shot., which took all of two seconds. I definitely won't be using this pharmacy again.

Unfortunately the main pharmacist working at this location has issues serving the middle eastern community. Even though she is also from Middle East…

This pharmacy is terrible. The entire staff here is disorganized and the supervisors and pharmacists are incredibly rude. I fought with them for 3 days about getting my medication for a kidney infection and then when I was finally in so much pain that I was vomiting I asked them to send it to Walmart. They hung up the phone on me and had an awful attitude when I told them it couldn't wait until the next day. I was as nice as possible and it took them less than ten minutes to get it done once I finally went in there to have them do it. The whole thing was a headache and a mess.

NO STARS!!!!!Worst experience at the minute clinic. Was scheduled for a tb test at 5pm. I was unable to check in fully due to website issues. Call from Barbara at 4:45pm to see if I am coming. I say yes, I may be 5 min late due to traffic. Get told I may have to reschedule if I am more than 10 min late as the website will cancel my appt Call from Barbara at 5:02pm wondering if I am coming. Let them know I'm walking in within 3 min. Arrive at the minute clinic at 5:05pm. Debra RN said "come in". Barbara said "next time book elsewhere"Wtf??? Seriously??? Absolutely will NOT be returning. Complete fail on service provision. Complaint to be shared with store manager and corporate.

My girlfriend and I went into your store in Poway/Pomerado. My girlfriend bought 2 packets of paper rolls. The manager Eric takes it from her and says there is a limit of 1 per household. I let him know we don't live together and we are not 1 household. Eric calls the police on me. 1 lady in line even offered to buy it for me. I replied I will wait in line and get it myself. Meanwhile he is on the phone with the police. I have owned and managed businesses in SD for over 30 years. If I had time to wait for the police, they would have allowed me to purchase it, because we are 2 different people with 2 different addresses. All he had to do is check our drivers license and see we have 2 different addresses. Very unprofessional. I will send this message to Cvs too.

Arrived at 855 to pick up one item. They locked the doors and the worker would not let me in. Isn't it illegal for them to shut doors early? Store managers/district managers need to do a better job of training their employees.

The Pharmacy is terrible. Last year if your Dr sent in a prescription you would get a call in a few hours or at worst the next day. Now its taking days for them to fill it. Kind of a problem if you're in pain or really in need of your meds. I'm actively looking for a new pharmacy. This place sucks
