This pharmacy is awful! I work for a doctor's office and i had a patient who was crying hysterically because this pharmacy wouldn't release her medications to her. I called myself to find out the reason and it happened to be 4:50pm when we close at 5pm and the pharmacist who worked that time on 2/26/24 told me she will help me in 30 minutes. I explained we close in 10 Minutes is there any way you can help me quickly in why you can't release these medications to this patient? She said no, I'll help you in 30 minutes... i asked for her name and pharmacy manager and she hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISMISSIVE AND SHE NEEDS TO REEVALUATE HER CAREER IF AHEAD REFUSES TO HELP PEOPLE. Shame on her.

I’m not sure what’s worse about this pharmacy: their incompetence or their rudeness. There is a very nice man who works there who is very helpful, but there is a dark-haired woman who is so rude and unhelpful, I find her continued employment to be honestly shocking. Can’t wait to transfer my business elsewhere and never come back to this hell hole.

So hard to talk to someone in the pharmacy they keep you on hold forever.Some of the employees are rude, don’t know how to treat people with empathy and respect.

They sent a text saying they were filling the prescription. I went in to pick it up, they said they would need another 30 mins. I walked around for 45 mins and came back. They said it was going to be another 30 mins! Meanwhile they are answering phone calls and chatting with people rather than actually filling prescriptions. Poorly staffed and poorly managed. Acutely ill waiting in person should be prioritized over the phone call about someone who wants their prescription three days from now.

This Cvs is one of the best I actually drive further away from the closest CVS to me to go to this one because they are so excellent and so nice and so helpful

Fatima at the pharmacy was rude and unprofessional. She made me feel like I was a bother and an inconvenience for needing my medication.

The STORE deserves 5 stars. They are friendly, courteous, smile, answer questions. Overall very nice and genuine.The 2-stars is for the PHARMACY, and I'm only adding a star because of how friendly the store is. I have interacted with only 1 nice person within the pharmacy staff within the numerous times I've had to go in. They are always behind on prescriptions schedules and refills. They are not willing to assist with benefits and necessary confirmations. BE SURE THEY ARE BILLING TO THE RIGHT INSURANCE: you will have to clean up their mistakes, it has happened to me twice now. They interrupt you and then make mistakes because they weren't willing to listen. Just overall, it seems mismanaged and none of the employees seem happy working back there and we, the customers really feel and see the effects of it. If you can, I recommend going somewhere else for your prescriptions.

Doctor sent the script. CVS texted the wife there was a problem. We called the doc. They said to call the pharmacy. CVS machine said the script would be ready by 545. I went 645pm. They were talking off the side and ignored me waiting until even the pharmacist told them there was a pick-up twice. The girl pointed me over to the tech who needed me to give wife's date of birth three times before saying they're out of the med. Walked off. Last time I was here, they expedited some other guys meds and told me to wait while they serve him... I've never had them pull me through the line for help and I've waited most every time I came to pick up meds. WTF You know I realized that most every time I'm walking out of this place I'm stressed and frustrated as hell. I'm gonna go beg wife's doc to send scripts anywhere else but here...

The manager at the CVS pharmacy is a joke. The way that she interacts with people is by not allowing the other party to finish any of the statements they are making. She speaks over you and doesn't allow you to ask a question or impose a statement; his includes conversations with her in person and over the phone. I called to make an order over the phone one day and was trying to ask a simple question about the pharmacy policy. I never asked that question though because she would not let me finish one sentence without assuming what I was going to say, and then answering her own speculation. Ridiculous. At one point I just quickly asked to speak with the manager which shocked her for a minute. She finally paused long enough to gather herself and said "OK, wait." I waited, and waited some more...No follow through. After 10 more minutes of waiting, she hung up. Considering how rude she was, I went to the store to speak to the manager about that pathetic customer service. I asked a last for the manager, she identified herself as that. I started to explain the scenario, she kept interrupting. I finally just called her out and told her that was impolite and very poor PR for such a company that should be all ears, especially when medication is involved. Again, she kept dodging the root of the problem and did the most plastic apology imaginable. I hope someone that is above her reads this and instructs her on how to not treat someone like a waste of time and actually heed advice and truly own up to mistakes. All that to say, I am no longer a customer here and feel as if that is the only medicine I received at this CVS Pharm (cut you the heck off again) store

They are not human! Bunch of zombies! Seriously, I got sinus infection, got the meds from doctor after called him. I called the pharmacy, some one responded and said they will call after the meds are ready. In fact nobody calls!

Awful experience with pharmacist...I just needed Rx transferred from my home pharmacy in NY as I was short a couple days medication...unable /unwilling to do it...put me on hold several times for 12 min and finally 3rd time I was disconnected. Appreciate she possibly felt rushed and impatient ( we all have bad days) but I had all the info for her (had called and got it from my home pharmacy)...but so unprofessional...kept saying "I know...I know" yet apparently not! Called CVS on Camino Del Norte and Ms Marissa took care of it in 2 minutes...

Worst service ever from a pharmacy. I made an appointment online for a Covid booster. I arrived on time and checked in online before entering the store. The first person who approached me had absolutely no idea what to do, so had to call over the pharmacist. The pharmacist told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes since they needed to warm up the vaccine. I had an appointment, they should have had the vaccine ready. After waiting about 25 minutes I went back to the counter. The pharmacist went "Oh!" Like he had totally forgotten me. About 10 minutes later he called me into the inoculation room, where it became apparent he'd forgotten the vaccine, so another delay. Finally, after 50 minutes, I got the shot., which took all of two seconds. I definitely won't be using this pharmacy again.
