Recently my mother got into a fender bender and in my research for professional high quality body shops in my area, we were led to Scratch and Dent Pro in Poway. Mariela, was a god sent! She was kind and attentive to all of our needs and to my mother's requests. Mariela worked with our insurance to make sure everything was covered that needed to be fixed. On top of all that, the quality of work and attention to detail is top notch. Our 2018 Honda HRV came out looking like new. I would not hesitate to bring our vehicles back to Mariela, and Scratch and Dent Pro in the future. Accidents are already stressful, you do not need added stress, so bring your vehicle here. You won't regret it!

*****FIVE STAR TOP REVIEW!!!!!Mariela and Jeff are beyond awesome!!!!! Dent and Scratch Pro Poway did a great job! The price was super competitive and my veteran status was appreciated. The final product was a exactly what we had hoped for! Color matched and blended perfectly. Looked identical to what it was originally. Jeff got it right. Mariela was fabulous and took great care of us. Her organizational and communication skills are tip top. Mariela is a wonderful wonderful human being and pillar of the community!!!!! Took my 2003 330 in for new B Panels, top roof molding repaint a new mirror cover. Excellent work. Mariela is the best. Some of the best customer service I have ever been around. When working on the car, they had to lower the back windows and the regulator went bad. Totally not their fault but offered to comp the part as long as I paid the labor. Awesome. So, at the same time I took my Sliver 440 that hand just been hit in a parking lot. Gave up on the dent ding guys that come to your home and had it done here. Absolutely perfect. So hard to give a sliver car dent right. No sign of the dent at all. Will be taking my cars back from some more detail work.

Thank you so much to Dent and Scratch Pro for the amazing job fixing my car! I brought it in with serious dents and scratches that were quite the eyesore, and now it looks brand new. I'm especially grateful to Mariela at the front desk for being so considerate and pleasant to communicate with and for going out of her way to help me out! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area with body damage on their car.

When I was researching auto body shops to have the oxidized paint on my car repaired, I requested quotes from several places. What drew me to Dent and Scratch Pro in Poway wasn't necessarily their cost estimate, but their responsiveness. They took the time to explain what level of work was involved. I was okay in driving the extra distance to Poway even though there were plenty of shops on Miramar closer to my home. Mariela who works at the desk is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. When the car was finished I was notified an hour in advance and since I had trouble getting a ride there, they were kind enough to send an Uber on their dime to pick me up. When I got my car back everything looked amazing however, I noticed later that a piece was misaligned so I texted Mariela back and explained the problem and she told me to stop by anytime to get it fixed. Did just that and they followed through. The quality of work and quality of customer service is absolutely stellar with very reasonable prices and I highly recommend this business!

To my dismay I backed our mini-van into a tree at our property and went here to have it fixed. They did a fantastic job. The van looks as good as new. Pricing was reasonable given the damage, and the staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the reception desk. Highly recommended.

Dent & Scratch Pro (D&SP) of Poway is absolutely great! I’m very picky when it comes to my vehicles. I took my 2017 RAV4 in for bumper repair after backing into a trailer hitch. Communication with Mariela was top notch! The work was done ahead of schedule. The cost was very reasonable. The workmanship was superb; new pearl white paint matched perfectly to the rest of the vehicle! D&SP takes pride in their work and it shows. They did such a great job that I took my 2014 Corolla in for front bumper repair. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.Services: Painting

I've got about 8small dents on doors. I don't know why, but people don't pay attention when they open their doors. So I just walked it and got the estimate, which by the way was not that bad. Honestly, I was expecting it much more expensive. After I scheduled an appointment, and finally got my car back. You can't even tell that there were dents. Good job.

Had someone scratch my 2011 Honda Fit right rear quarter panel and door. Unfortunately, people don't pay attention to the car parked next to them. Read the reviews for Dent & Scratch Pro and stopped by for an estimate. Jessie, the body man at the Poway location inspected the damage and said it could be wet sanded and buffed out since the scratches were in the clear coat. Mariela gave me a very fair price for the repair. (Another body shop quoted me hundreds of dollars more for the same job.) When I went back to pick up the car I was blown away by the quality of Jessie's work. I could not tell for the life of me where the scratches were before. From Mariela, the store manager to Jessie the body man this is friendly, professional establishment providing excellent customer service, and fair pricing. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars. As another reviewer said, I highly recommend Dent and Scratch Pro of Poway. I will definitely be coming to them in the future and will tell all my friends about them. I too, got really lucky finding this place. Steve B

I asked for a quote to replace the skid plate under my car on a Sunday night, and they ordered the part and had it installed by Tuesday afternoon. Incredibly convenient and good service.

I highly recommend this repair shop. I had a dent in my door and back panel. They replaced my door and repainted it and it looks like brand new. They were half the price of other collision shops in the area. They even fixed my rear dent for free. Other shops told me three weeks to repair. I had my car back in about five days. Great customer service and excellent work.
