We took our car for repair after an accident. This shop only does OEM factory parts. Luckily they told me up front, since my insurance will not cover the more expensive OEM parts. I wouldve had to pay out of pocket for the repair. I went to another highly recommended place. I am sure this place is great, but didn't want to pay more than my insurance will cover.

I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail, honesty and owning mistakes when they are seldomly made. I have had 2 cars in the shop here and received VIP service both times. The first one, they repaired the wrong wheel and owned up to and fixed the right one free of charge. Until I move out of the area, I won't go anywhere else for vehicle repairs.

I'd almost call this place a scam; it's so bad. At least, the appraiser or whoever he was gave me the courtesy of letting me know it was going to be expensive. I was quoted over $6,000.00 for body work on my car. In the end, I went to my mechanic, who restored most of the damage for free

El Dorado is awesome ? my daughters car needed the back bumper replaced and Honda recommended them to me and I am truly grateful they did because it looks like she wasnt hit at all they did a remarkable job!!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Repair to my vehicle's damage was of the highest quality. Looks like I just drove it off the dealer's lot. The service was excellent. They were great at keeping me informed of my vehicle's progress and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend El Dorado Collision.

I emailed early on a Saturday and received a very courteous call back that morning. Although they aren't certified to work on my car, they suggested two other nearby shops who might be able to help me out. This level of professionalism and customer service is all too rare . Thank you!

Working with Brian and his team at El Dorado was a stream less process.I was referred to them for the best bodywork in Poway. After the car had several dents and scratches along the whole side, they were able to repair it and bring it back to life within a week.They were a pleasure to work with an update me along the way!I highly recommend this body shop in poway!Services: Painting

I had such a great experience at the Eldorado Collision Center, especially working with Brian. He was very professional and was awesome with customer service. He knew how the process should work and what the customer needs. Whenever I had a question, the response was very quick and I was satisfied with all the answers. I got the impression that all staffs are working with professionalism and at their best. It's really hard to find a reliable body shop like this and I am so glad I had my car fixed here.

I had a very positive experience with El Dorado Collision Center. They repaired my Acura fairly quickly and were extremely communicative. I won't hesitate to use them again.I don't use autobody services very often. The last time I needed it, I used a company in Sorento Valley that had very good reviews for repairing Tesla's. That company took six weeks to repair the fender-bender on my car that didn't need parts. EDCC took a week and a half, and that was during the Independence Day week.The repairs look good. The new bumper looks new, and the paint matches. Time will tell how well the repair holds up, but it seems very good.I can't overemphasise how good EDCC was at keeping me informed of the progress of my car's repair. It confirmed that they hadn't forgotten about me or my car. They set the standard for all others.
