Edgar and the other gentlemen (did not catch his name) were amazing helpers today on Saturday morning. I did not know the dimensions of some items I was moving and needed help. Edgar took the time to measure my items and helped me find the correct boxes, then he carried the items to my car.
All around fantastic service and a great guy.

I hardly write reviews but I really want to say how much I appreciated the genuine help and the kindness of LYNDSI.
The copier had some technical issues which ate up a lot of time. Despite it was the end of the day, almost closing time, she did everything she could and help us out. And she did it with a beautiful attitude and sincere smile. What an asset she is.

I had my worst experience at this office. I dropped off a big package for return, and because I trust FedEx, I don't usually keep this kind of receipts. After a while, the eBay seller didn't refund me because they didn't receive the item. I went back to this office and they said sorry we have nothing to do for you. I called the customer service several and the sent back to office, and became like a tennis ball between them until they finally said, we are not giving you anything sorry. I lost about $115 for no reason. They lost my package and refused to refund. Thanks.

Lindsey made sure our online print and ship order was completed correctly - she was a great help to our organization.
I just wish the online system for ordering would improve so instructions like fold and staple could be included when the job is submitted, so the only follow up that's needed is from FedEx staff if there are questions.
As it is now, customers must email and/or call to discuss details after submitting.

My wife and I were blown away with the level or professionalism and care Anthony at this location provided us. I normally don’t write reviews but this young man is absolutely legendary. Thank you for all the extra help with our shopping and shipping needs this evening Anthony I see very big things in this man’s future!

This single star is for the horrible service Erin provides with a sour face every time she sees me. I've come in three times now, and the last time I did so without a smile because the first two i definitely tried. She is a different story, at least with me. But when the nice people of a different nationality than mine walk up to her she's happy to strike up a conversation. I find that very telling. Everyone at this location ALWAYS greets me and every other customer with a smile and pleasant conversation and I've been coming here for about two years now. I can tell she's new to at least this location if not fedex entirely. I'm not sure what else to say but I'm not bringing my business here anymore.

Just returned an oversized package, but the guy there noticed it wasn’t packed right. He helped me unpack and set it right. His name is Richard - awesome customer service. Above and beyond helpful. Nice work, guys.

I frequently go to FedEx to use their computer to print last minute documents. I went there last night and noticed they had changed the way they charge per minute to use this computer. Now you have to select intervals of credit. $5, $10, etc. I figure if I choose $5 I could just log in and print what I want then if I need more time I can add more money. That was not the case. It took longer than expected for me to find the email and once I did the time was up and I could not add more minutes to print, So I asked the associate and she said it’s a new system and you can’t add minutes. You pre pay for the service. So I logged out and purchased another $10 but this time I had issues with their computer and could not find the file in my email account. I got frustrated and left. Long story short I spend $15 for absolutely nothing!! It’s a scam. I would not go back to FedEx to print anything as it’s just not worth the time and money. Find another print center. I used to like FedEx for this particular service, I am not sure why they would change the system when it was working perfectly fine before.

The rating is for the employees only.Fed Ex is not the company that priorities customer experience. Having all the rules and loops customers have to jump through isn’t the way to conduct business today.The employees at this location have to deal with many unsatisfied customers, but they somehow remain nice, friendly and helpful.I hope FedEx improves and thanks to all the employees that somehow keep their cool in a pretty hostile environment caused by nonsensical rules customers and workers need to follow.

Great location! The older gentleman that helped me was super kind, patient, and took care to make sure my receipt matched the tracking label, without me asking him. What a great shipping experience!

Had to send some insurance papers in with a print at home label, the staff was awesome and had me in and out in minutes! As usual, there store is always immaculate and well stocked. Thank you for all the years of great customer service and convenience.
