Just returned an oversized package, but the guy there noticed it wasn’t packed right. He helped me unpack and set it right. His name is Richard - awesome customer service. Above and beyond helpful. Nice work, guys.

I frequently go to FedEx to use their computer to print last minute documents. I went there last night and noticed they had changed the way they charge per minute to use this computer. Now you have to select intervals of credit. $5, $10, etc. I figure if I choose $5 I could just log in and print what I want then if I need more time I can add more money. That was not the case. It took longer than expected for me to find the email and once I did the time was up and I could not add more minutes to print, So I asked the associate and she said it’s a new system and you can’t add minutes. You pre pay for the service. So I logged out and purchased another $10 but this time I had issues with their computer and could not find the file in my email account. I got frustrated and left. Long story short I spend $15 for absolutely nothing!! It’s a scam. I would not go back to FedEx to print anything as it’s just not worth the time and money. Find another print center. I used to like FedEx for this particular service, I am not sure why they would change the system when it was working perfectly fine before.

The rating is for the employees only.Fed Ex is not the company that priorities customer experience. Having all the rules and loops customers have to jump through isn’t the way to conduct business today.The employees at this location have to deal with many unsatisfied customers, but they somehow remain nice, friendly and helpful.I hope FedEx improves and thanks to all the employees that somehow keep their cool in a pretty hostile environment caused by nonsensical rules customers and workers need to follow.

Had to send some insurance papers in with a print at home label, the staff was awesome and had me in and out in minutes! As usual, there store is always immaculate and well stocked. Thank you for all the years of great customer service and convenience.

Lindsey, the cashier, should be put in the back away from customer interaction. She literally didn’t acknowledge my presence for 15 minutes when I was the only person in the store waiting in line, then she continued to argue with me in a very vehement manner not even slightly willing to help me with a FedEx tracking issue because she said, “It’s not her that deals with it.” Please put her in the back! She shouldn’t have ANY interface with customers.

DO NOT send ONLINE PRINT ORDERS HERE (but maybe that's what they want so they have less to do). I picked up my online print order and it was EXTREMELY FADED. When I brought it back for a reprint, I was told that the printers are old and out of date, and they used CC4 cardstock instead of the CC2 Glossy -- and that's the best its going to print out. I was also told that there are NO REFUNDS ON ONLINE ORDERS. And that's it. What?!I normally deal with the Fed Ex in Mira Mesa, so I went there to see if they can fix this. I've rarely had any problems with online print orders -- but that may be because I always go to the one in Mira Mesa. So, just this once I went to the one in Poway because it closed at 8:00pm instead of 7:00pm. BIG BIG MISTAKE.FEDEX -- if your reading this, your company needs to send several SECRET SHOPPERS with ONLINE ORDERS to the one in POWAY.

When our wedding place cards did not survive the flight to San Diego, we turned to this print shop for help. The manager and staff went above and beyond to help us get professional, elegant, and high quality replacements done. The end result looked as good if not better than the originals. Highly recommend and hope to return for other work.

I have used this location for years, and it has always been consistently inconsistent with service standards. Today was the absolute worst treatment I have ever received at this store. I was attempting to make color copies, as I do every year, and the copies were not coming out as clear as they had in the past. I was concerned that something may have been wrong with the machine, so I stopped my copies and went to the front desk. I laid out the papers and waited several minutes to be acknowledged - and then I was treated like an inconvenience. I explained the issue, and the woman "helping" me very curtly remarked that I was going to have these issues if I used the process I tried. She did not offer another process, she did not offer any guidance. She walked away to go back to her computer (away from the counter I was at) and I was feeling overwhelmed and upset that I could not get what I needed - but instead of focusing on the disappointment, I asked for help getting a sign printed. A Google search said they did signs same day, so when she told me "we don't do that here" I was confused. I mentioned the website and she said they have to send everything to LA and it would be 48 hours minimum to receive it. Again, she was over at the computer, acting like I was inconveniencing her. I realized that not only was she not going to help me, but neither were any of the other employees - and there were several that easily could have come over to me. I am very disappointed and hope the behavior of the employees there is addressed and given some much-needed customer service training.

Brandon at the counter has a pretty indifferent attitude towards customer service and obviously didn’t want to be there. He spent 10 minutes poking around on the computer before telling me he didn’t know what I wanted, and when I described it, he said they did all of the printing for the area and they don’t do what I was asking. I explained that I had gotten the same thing done at their site across town and he said that I should go there.
