Marc and the team at FixAuto Poway are on a different level than most body shops. The facility, the technology and equipment they have, and customer service are absolutely on the ELITE level. Anyone with a high end vehicle can be guaranteed great service from this facility.

They did a great job fixing my truck. I was side swiped. They repaired the driver door and repaired the crew cab door. Paint job looked great, color matched perfectly. Truck perfectly clean upon pickup. Vicki and Buddy were amazing.

I had an outstanding experience with this autobody shop after my car was damaged in a collision with a deer. The team went above and beyond—when I got my car back, it looked like new! The exterior repair was flawless, and to my surprise, they even cleaned the interior, which was a fantastic touch. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent; I was kept informed every step of the way. The level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive. It was good experience working with Fix Auto and Mike Russo.From handing over my car to taking delivery, I was kept informed about the next step during repair process. My car delivered on tentative date they promised and took extra care to clean both interior and exterior. Car repair is absolutely precise with great quality. Happy with their 5 star service would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto body shop.

Fix Auto and their team did a wonderful job taking care of my car. They were professional and caring, always looking out for my best interest.
