I love our new mailbox! It is modern and cool. We were sent the wrong color originally. I contacted TJ at customer service. He was awesome. He sent me a label in my email. It returned in one day. My correct box arrived the very next day. Great customer service! It was a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a keystone mailbox online and went to the store to pick it up. I had it installed in my wall, and it looks great. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly.
