We have been part of the Ganon Gil family since The Nest opened in 2018 and my oldest child attended from 18 months until he went to TK. Currently, my younger child attends and I would never think of placing him elsewhere. The Director and the entire team have always been top-notch with my children and us. My oldest child has allergies and I cannot tell you how careful they were and how attentive they were in making sure he was safe. My youngest child has the most loving teachers and he has created a bond with them. The facility is always clean. I feel they provide a safe, fun and loving environment. Both my children have learned so much from this preschool. They work on emotional, social, and cognitive development. If you are looking for a fabulous preschool, I would recommend this center wholeheartedly.

We have had a wonderful experience at Ganon Gil. Our daughter started there at 4 months old last year and her teachers in the baby room and the toddler room have all been loving, communicative, and kind. The director and assistant director are kind, always open to feedback, and very willing to work with families--truly a rarity among most daycares and preschools. We are so, so happy to have our child flourish here.

Initially we thought the place was decent and checked the boxes being first time parents doing as much due diligence as we could given we had limited options during the early start of the pandemic. We were fortunate to find this place for care. From the attention to details of status, promptness to responding, curriculum, and concern for health in potential COVID-19 exposure etc was on point. Sounds like everything you'd want right? However, as our child, whom started in the infant class, graduated to the next class, a theme of challenges started. Tactical issues such as: - Inappropriate & false-positive calls to us for health concerns, (i.g your kid is acting lethargic, or projectile vomit ) to forcing us to jump from work to pick up our kid. If there was a legitimate concern we for sure would drop everything to care for our child. Instead we had to level-set what medical words meant, and get disrupted from work. - Communication disconnect with some teachers & Director not being on the same page with learning styles, and consistency with their program.- Lack transparency while displaying subliminal messaging through emails and the app they useWe observed that Ganon Gil at the time (at least) experienced high turnover and were under-staffed, which could be for many different reasons. More than one insider source mentioned that it was/is a toxic working environment. This started to make sense in theory to why we received calls urging for our kid to be picked up, as they were understaffed and wanted to transfer the inconvenience to the parents. Additionally an uptick in fundraisers, and abruptly raising tuition led to us believing this place appears to be not meeting financial status quo. Bare in mind this also was not just unique to our experience. Other parents we've interacted with also share similar stories. The cold reality is, the daycare is a business and will do anything to keep money flowing even if it's at the fallout expense of the parents and kids that have attended there. For that reason, I don't recommend this place until it's under new management. Feel free to message me for more details.

I would not recommend the school. Teachers are coming and going and the Director is all about money.
