Purchased and had installed Mohawk carpet installed through Home Depot. One room the carpet was installed in is rarely used and a low traffic room. The carpet lost its ability to stand up and lays flat in a large area. It is very noticeable. This happened at less than 2 years after the install. Home Depot sent an inspector and the inspector agreed that it wasn't right and the carpet shouldn't have done that. Home Depot denied the claim to repair/replace even after there inspector said it was not right. Long story short the lifetime product they sell it's not truly lifetime. I do not recommend Home Depot or their Mohawk carpet brand.

Worst customer service ever. Came here and found a plant which was on sale for $14.99. Went to self check out and there was a woman scanning. They scanned the plant and it came up to $19.99. I said "oh those are on sale" and she said-can you go take a photo of the price and show it to me. Mind you-the place I picked the plant was not close to the cashier register, so I just said forget it and left without the plant. Maybe hop on that walkie talkie and ask someone for a price check. Last I checked, I'm not an employee of Home Depot. Good luck finding someone to help you. After 2020, hard to find anyone that wants to work or help.

Love to come and chat with my friends at the Home Depot in Poway!! Got some more switches to replace our 20 year old ones!!!They now have fire glass for outside fire pits. We have a tabletop one and I switched out the white rocks for the bling! Imagine that...?12/20/21 Went to make a purchase at the register and was TOLD that they can't take military ids anymore. You have to Register (aka mailing list and more) with a QR code. (Now anyone that knows me well is A I have NO idea WHAT that is. And B for someone that has been hacked since March 2020, I'm not downloading anything.) Told the manager we have been shopping at this store for over 20 years.5/18/22 Another "surprise" when going through the checkout. I was writing a check and they had already run the check through the system (meaning g they had taken the funds) and they where wanting me to "click on a button that stated I would pay a $25.00 charge if the check bounced". They just ran the check through, they confirmed the funds, what is this all about? I refused. I have gone through 3 years of hacking, scamming you name it and if Home Depot doesn't want my $200.00 sale, I'm sure Lowe's will. And not give me a hassle either about my military id either.Bald Dave thank you for your help today you we're great. Your management and checkers need a lit of training and work. Won't be back.9/12/22 Robert Pan you need and deserve a raise. After me waiting over 40 min for help you saved the day. Thank you for your laughes and help loading my items into my car. I truly appreciate it!Easter Sunday. Home Depot has changed their policy on their Military Discounts. It is a NIGHTMARE to get "Verified" through their "outside vendor" to get a 10% discount. If they ask you to sign up for a QR code refuse like I did. I have been a victim of hacking and QR codes contain ALL KINDS of personal info. I have no problem showing my spouse Military ID each time I shop but you aren't going to sell my info to possible other vendors.IF YOU ARE SHOPPING FOR APPLIANCES....GO SEE MY GURL CINDY! WE REDiD OUR KITCHEN WITH HER! LOVE THE SHORTER MICRO SO YOU DON'T HIT YOUR HEAD LOL SEE MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL @AMYGRADYBSW

I mentioned that the door was open. And the man just kept saying “we’re closed, bye, have a good night” in a snarky and sassy way. His customer service was really poor and rude. Instead of kindly advising customers he was very rude and condescending. I told him he didn’t have to be rude or snarky but he continued in a poor tone. He said he was the manager but I hope Home Depot doesn’t have such a poor standard of customer service as their management. Customer service is key to any business. The door was still open after we left. This was the worst customer service at any Home Depot I’ve been. In the past I had positive experiences there but this interaction was very disappointing. Home Depot please train your management in customer service.

It is 5:17 and the store closes at 9 . The store is full of people and seemingly plenty of employees yet only two check out lines are open and the self checkout is closed. Usually not an issue here so I'm neither sure what is going on.

Home Depot has been nothing but an absolute headache. I've gone multiple times and they are unhelpful, if you can even find someone to ask. In addition, they may decide to close early but won't let you know in any way besides putting a sign in their window letting you know their hours for the day. I placed an order pickup for today and I got an email that I could pick up before 8. When I went to pickup, they told me they actually closed at 7 so I'd have to come back. I feel like that could've been sent in the email... like, not a big deal to close early but in this day and age, you could find a way to let people know so they don't waste their time. Skip the headache and head to Lowe's

The actual worst Home Depot for picking up online orders. Does it normally take an hour for someone to bring your order out to your car? This has happened to us twice now here at this location, picking up online orders for our new home. Unfortunately, this was the only store location that our orders could be shipped to. Otherwise I would not have come here the second time. I will avoid at all costs in the future, even if I have to pay more somewhere else. I don't have hour to waste sitting in my car.

I bought a refrigerator on 11/21/23. I was promised delivery 11/24/23. No one called me. So I called them and they hung up on me three times. The 4th time I got a person who said they hung up because they didn't want to tell me that it was not going be delivered until 11/26. It was not. I called again. I have talked to HD which told me that I had to talk to Electrolux myself. (I ordered it from HD., why do I have to talk to the mgf?) Now it's 11/27 and still no refrigerator. No one knows where it is. "It's in the warehouse. It's on the truck." Meanwhile I have no refrigerator and no actual delivery date. No one has ever called me. I have to keep calling. So frustrating! If I could give them zero stars I would. Lost my business forever. Worst service ever.

October 25, the lady at the customer service/ return section was very rude not only to me but also to her co-worker next to her. I remember that was not a newbie, I have seen her in the past. I was looking for an oil radiant heater that they had in stock (25 pieces showed online) She said it was "not in season"! Huh, I said to her it was 48° last night, but they had the Xmas items and decorations already up! Go figure I was determined to purchase the item. Spoke with another customer service gentleman, and he checked, and they had 25 units available on Aisle 5 Bay 12 all the way on the top shelf. After my purchase, I went back to the customer service/return section and showed the lady my purchase, and asked her to know what Home Depot Poway has in stock and a attitude check up
