I know what to do as far as a workout however I love the camaraderie of our dance sessions. Also, I don’t enjoy weightlifting but I understand the need as we age so to combine dance moves with our weights is a great compromise. My bones thank you!

Today is my first time to attend the jazzercise class, and I feel great! The instructor is very friendly and enthusiastic. Dancing to the music, stretching, strength training, and professional guidance make me feel very happy! (Although my English is not very good and I can't understand her guidance, it doesn't affect my full participation in the course. I think this is the power of teamwork and music.) I hope I can keep moving for two months and see the changes in myself, Thank you~love it ~

I have been doing jazzercise for many years. It is the one thing that I do for myself that is always a positive experience and I always feel welcomed by friends and instructors. In addition, my health has remained excellent with low blood pressure and low cholesterol levels. During down times in life, jazzercise has given me joy, good health and fun!

I visited while in town staying with family and got a great workout. I think this was one of the most fun and intense Jazzercise workouts I've ever had (and I've done a lot!). Instructors were high caliber and the facility is sparkling clean and conveniently located with tons of parking. The other exercisers were friendly too and welcoming to visitors. Hope to be back when I'm back in town!

Jazzercise is amazing! If you are bored at the gym or are new to fitness and looking for a fun, effective workout, I urge you to try it. It's modern movements based on dance cardio AND so much more (blended with cardio kickboxing, resistance/strength training, pilates, etc!) All set to modern music. You will burn a TON of calories, move to the beat and have a blast. I was having knee issues when I first started a few months ago and they have magically gone away. I have built a lot of muscle and I genuinely feel better. I have never found group classes that I enjoyed this much or felt so comfortable in - everyone is really welcoming and there is zero judgement. Even if you are intimidated, you will feel comfortable in no time. I am seriously addicted to working out, and I really haven't felt like that since my mid-20's. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

These instructors and the owner are the nicest most caring people ever. I started 4 months ago and come at least 5 times per week now. It's the only exercise program I've done that I feel like I can stick with. As a mom of 3 who works full time, I needed this and am so grateful to have found Poway Jazzercise!
