I went in for a standard oil change last Saturday.
To access the oil filter, they had to move the coolant tank due to the weird design layout in my Mini Cooper.
The coolant hose was accidently bumped and became loose. Matt, the manager, explained to me the situation and if there is a leak, bring the car back.
There was a leak and the car began to overheat, so I brought it right back.
Even though it was not his team's fault, the manager took responsibility to fix the issue.
He went above and beyond to get the replacement hose and installed it with no extra charge.
I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism, I never blamed him for what happened, yet he wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

The staff at the Poway location were some of the friendliest and most communicative staff I’ve ever encountered at a Jiffy Lube. Will consider coming to this location again even though it’s a bit out of my way.

Stopped-in to have oil level checked. I usually have the oil changed elsewhere so not a recent or frequent customer. Engine was 2+ courts low. Techs topped-off the oil free of charge and were super quick and nice going about the service. Will return for full service. Those guys were great.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would . These clowns had me wait 30 minutes only so they could tell me its gonna be a much longer wait which obviously was unacceptable! I called before arrival and was told I could come in no appointments were needed only to have to wait and then be turned away after waiting. They did say I could park and wait inside the office which was probably smaller than the inside of my car ! What a joke. Luckily I didn't have them change it cause my stepmom said they didn't properly secure the plug on her car after doing her oil change and all the oil in her car leaked out and it almost ruined her engine ! Wow ! Thanks guys

Ray was really kind and reassured me that they’d get to me next, asap. He mentioned they were short staffed but still worked efficiently enough, I didn’t have to wait too long for the person ahead of me or while getting the oil change. Convenient and considerate, we’ll be back. The other man working on our car, I forget his name, was very kind as well! Thank you, guys!
