We were looking for a company that would install our chosen product Owens Corning Duration Cool, their estimate needed to be fair, and most importantly, their project manager needed to be easy to work with. It took Velux 4 times to finally deliver the perfect skylight to us, Alex worked his magic to get us incentive, which brought our cost down to half of the original price.

“I had gone to several granite/quartzite places, but didn’t find anything I liked until I got to Brazilian Exotic Granite,, Inc. I could not believe how huge the place was with so many choices. It is here where I found my beautiful Quartzite slabs for my kitchen countertops. Everyone employed there was very helpful and friendly. Kathleen took care of me mostly. While I was searching for that, one special Quartzsite and it was a very hot day. Kathleen came up and greeted me, and then she even gave up her umbrella to keep me from baking in the sun. I said well we can share because it was a huge umbrella, but she said she would go get another one. And she bought me water. That was very kind and thoughtful.While I was in the yard searching for that, one special Quartzite. I wish I had gone there first so I wouldn’t have wasted my time at the other places.I will be ordering marble for my backsplash as soon as I get a good quote. Haven’t even picked up the quartzite yet, but I am very anxious to get this project started.You really don’t need to go anywhere else, but save your time and just head over to Brazilian Exotic Granite, Inc.When get the final quotes for my fabricator/tile person, and make my choice, I will order the marble for my backsplash once I know how much I will need I will bring pastries/donuts for the entire staff.I wish I could provide photos, but demolition hasn’t even begun. “Great working with PreFab Granite. We searched around, but liked the options at PreFab, both their remnant selection and their regular stock. Didn't have time to mess with fabrication of remnants so went with their regular stock and installation. The price was very reasonable and their communication and installation handiwork was superb! “Just had my kitchen done this month and have to say Jerry and the team are awesome. I am very happy with my kitchen, and the price was very reasonable especially for the amount of work they put into it. This was no cookie cutter kitchen, our kitchen has all kind of weird angles and things that they had to adjust for.Jerry was easy to work with, very fair, and a pleasure to talk to. He was on top of things and got the job rolling efficiently. I was really glad to have met him and he stands by the work that they do.Ricardo is top notch, he removed my old kitchen countertops and cabinets in less than and hour and a half and had already cleaned up. Then Ricardo began installing the new cabinets and he always arrived early to work which was nice and I could see he took pride in his work. I had a chance to chat with Ricardo a few times and he's a really cool likeable guy who is a very knowledgeable hard working person. I am super impressed with the attention to detail and his going above and beyond to make everything right.Next came Miguel, who cut and installed the countertops. Miguel is also a really likeable guy and I had a chance to chat with him as well. Miguel is very detail oriented and Miguel also went above and beyond to make everything right and did a solid job. I could also see Miguel took pride in his work and he made some really awesome countertops that we really love. Miguel is also a hard worker and stayed until the job was done, and both he and I were satisfied with the end result.I met Jose the first time when he came over to my place to do measurements on the kitchen prior to us committing to the remodel and Jose obtained a price quote for the job the very next day with no delay. He was also easy to talk to and another likeable guy like the other two mentioned above. Jose also came back and installed the knobs on our cabinets and did a solid job even with hardened metal screws on the knobs. These weren't ordinary knobs with regular metal screws, these were to our surprise, some strange hard metal that required some above and beyond modification. Jose got them installed and they look great.My experience with the team at Kitchen Emporium was better than my expectation. The team were all professional, and just really good hard working honest people. I was referred to Kitchen Emporium by a friend and I will be referring more of my friends to have their homes done once they see our new kitchen.I appreciate the great work you all did, its nothing short of amazing. “In March 2020, we were looking for a licensed General Contractor to renovate a house and a separate apartment. We were exhausted after interviewing four prospective contractors. At that time, a friend recommended Blue Line Builders. How fortuitous that was for us! We called Blue Line Builders and the owner, Dale, came out the next day. We immediately liked him. He was down to earth, and his years of experience were evident. He listened to exactly what we wanted, took notes and put together a very detailed plan. He took the time to go through each line with us so that we completely understood it. Although he had a team of workers and a manager for the jobs, he was always available by phone and met with us regularly for progress checks. During the course of the work, we requested some additional work which had not been included in the original contract. This was no problem and those items were added and completed exactly as we had requested. We did not encounter the problems that you normally do with contractors. Dale is a good communicator. He is honest, down to earth and does what he says he is going to do. We highly recommend Blue Line Builders and would definitely hire him again.”

Tom incorporated diagonal shapes with border tiles in the design as I requested, so the cuts and placement needed to be precise. They were! “Really a great spot. I always advocate for local suppliers who serve professionals over big box stores. The guys at Express pipe were a perfect example of why.I walked in with my kitchen sink drain assembly in hand, clearly as a DIY homeowner and got some of the best service I've ever received. I wish I had gotten names of the people who helped me, but one guy who seemed to be some sort of manager and the man working the register (Rick?) were extremely helpful, nice, and informative... even to a small time fixer-upper owner like me. They walked me through my options, gave me the easy and cheap way and the right way to resolve my issue. They even cut some pipes down to fit in my car. Prices were totally reasonable and the product you get is exponentially better than what you get at the big stores.Some stores that generally serve professionals can be a little intimidating for homeowners; but, they're almost always worth the effort to seek out. That's doubly true of a place like this that went out of their way to help a novice without a lot of experience and who also offer quality products.Better yet...completely reworked the faucet and drain under my kitchen sink, a job I was dreading, in just a couple of hours with their help and products.”

“We found MAC Design as we were searching for design firms with expertise in Aging in Place. MollyAnne and her team really came through for us and designed a great bathroom for us with many Aging in Place design elements...like our new no-step shower. The designed involved moving some walls and relocating fixtures, to create a larger bathroom that someone using a walker or other mobility assist device has a much easier time doing those Activities of Daily Living. Her team includes an excellent CAD expert, Francis, who drew up the blueprints and helped push the building permit process for us; and the Jill of All Trades, Sharon, who takes on all the many tasks to keep the project moving and the all the pieces in place. You won't go wrong if you get them to help you with a renovation project.”

“I was looking for an ABS fitting that no big box store had. So I took to google and my search brought me to Keenansandiego.com. Instead of ordering online, I decided to go to there warehouse since they were local. The new location in Kearny Mesa was a bit tricky to find (across the street from La Mesa RV) because there were no signs on the building. I managed to find it after walking in several open hangers. I was told signage will be going up shortly. They are open to the public and I was able to find what I was looking for. I give this place 5 stars! Good customer service, and a huge selection of plumbing supply.”
