Outstanding staff. Tamara was patient and committed to sorting out a problem with multiple accounts. She took the time to research what was going on and give me a plan of action to deal with it. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

I keep having great experiences at this store... it's the best Kohl's I've ever been to, clean, awesome assortment, big and spacious and the best clerks around! I'm delighted!

I shop at the Poway Kohl's. I shop for myself and for gifts. I do not have a Kohl's card. Sometimes I have to pay full price and not sale price. Today I purchased a few things and told Tamera, the cashier, that I did not have a Kohl's card but was told I could get the sale price. She said yes, sign up for the Rewards Members program. You do not need the card. I told her all the times I have shopped here no one as ever told me that and I had to pay full price. She was surprised and apologized for other workers. I thanked her. And said I was grateful. Wish more employees there were as helpful and nice as Tamera!
