My 86 yo mother and I enjoy shopping at Poway Kohls. There are 2 checkers who are always smiling and helpful. Cathy and ??But a most delightful experience this past ‘rainy’ week in San Diego (unusual), was that the store manager found an umbrella and escorted me and my mother out to our car as we neglected to bring our own umbrellas. We felt like royalty. ?

Totally no one in the store. Lousy new layout Cosmetics in the middle of the store is a waste of space. I miss the fine jewelry section.

The Poway store is excellent very cleaned and organized. Good people willing to help. They even have fast checkout. The ladies on the registrar are fast and efficient and willing to point out discounts if available.

Intended to purchase a product with a 40% discount, labeled as European design, in the home and kitchen section of the store. Despite the Sale labels, the manager, Heather, was very rude and claimed we made a mistake. I had previously gone with another staff member to verify the price, and we confirmed there was an error in the labels. The manager directed me to the cashier area for assistance.Upon returning there, I found no one, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, I was told by another staff member that the manager was checking something. When she finally appeared, Heather insisted the mistake was mine, despite the store's labeling error. I expected an apology, but instead, she treated us as if we were ignorant about reading labels.The initial cashier had confirmed the labeling mistake and informed the manager through their communication system. Overall, the customer service was more than disappointing
