I recently removed my five star review due to the service I received at the customer service desk. I placed an order for pickup and drove to the store at the pick up time to retrieve the item. Upon approaching the customer desk I politely said "Hi I think I have a pickup here?" A, taller, heavier, Caucasian woman at the desk then suddenly whined and screamed out to me "WHATSTHEORDERNUMBER?!" I was the only customer there and nothing hectic was going on at the time, not sure the reason for the attitude. I just passed it off and gave her my order number, didn't want to get into an argument or anything, just wanted my paid items. She then informed me that the items were actually at another store, wherein I explained to her my desire was to move the item to the current store so I could pick it up with the funds I already transferred. Upon telling her my request, she suddenly went "OK!?" and loudly whined into my face once again. Just for wanting to pick up an order I already paid for I'm getting some sort of middle school attitude? Grow up.

I recently went to Lowe’s in Poway . I am a novice diy handyman so I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions and require help in making choices when it comes to selecting the right items. I was greeted and helped by a young man by the name of Levi in the paint dept. What an outstanding gentleman and employee he is . He went out of his way to be helpful and was very patient, hence 5 stars. This young man will get far with his customer service skills and knowledge!! Ask for him next time you’re at Lowe’s.

Purchased a high end grill/smoker and requested delivery. Unit was delivered with many parts missing. Called Poway store for resolution. First time calling I was placed on hold for over 31 minutes. Called back only to be hung up on. Called again, hung up on. Forth call resulted on my speaking to an assistant manager who advised me to return the unit. I told him I was unable to bring the unit back as it was too heavy for me to transport, hence the request for delivery. I was told by that assistant manager I would receive a call back momentarily. Have yet to receive that call.

I like coming to this Lowe's because it is never too slammed. Its a little newer compared to other locations. They have basically everything that home depot has with the exception of some items. The convenience is key as it is at the tail end of Poway but close enough to still be within distance to everything else.
