We love our local Lowes. The folks that work here know us by name. They are always helpful and always ready to lend a hand. Parking is great, items are in stock, and customer service goes above any beyond.

Paint dept employees too busy talking to each other to offer any help. When brought up at the paint mixing counter the older man (Luis I think) didn't like that I pointed it out and proceeded to be even more rude. Making smerks to his coworker. Lowe's has long gone the way of Home Depot, full of employees all dodging customers. I think they forget that they are getting paid to work there and the customers are spending their time there to spend their money at the store. At least the younger gentleman acknowledged that they could have greeted and offered help us when we initially entered their dept.

DO NOT PURCHASE WASHER/DRYER APPLIANCES HERE.I drove to the store in-person to purchase a washer/dryer to ensure that I had all necessary parts. They told me to wait two months for Black Friday sales and then to call the store to order. They made a point to tell me to be sure to speak to someone in store when I buy, as there is greater risk with online deliveries going wrong.Black Friday rolls around, I call the store, and they tell me to order online. They were not able to honor the online price.So I order online, delivery day comes, and sure enough... They refuse the installation because all necessary parts were not included in the online order. Apparently they won’t install without a washer pan being pre-installed in your house, due to liability for water damage. They should tell you this when you purchase!The delivery men left my house with the new washer/dryer sitting in the middle of my living room. He told me to “call Lowe’s” to schedule the next available delivery once I obtain all of the necessary parts.So I call Lowe’s. The customer service line had a 30 minute hold for them to tell me that the delivery services will reach out to me. The same delivery services that told me to call Lowe’s. Ridiculous.As you can see, this was an absolutely terrible customer experience. It baffles me that huge corporations can’t get this process right.The same washer/dryer set is available at Costco - I recommend trying there or a different company so that you can avoid this god awful process. I now have to hire a private service to come install my machines despite already paying for installation through Lowe’s. What a waste.I will never purchase a major appliance from Lowe’s again.

I needed and purchased many items from this store today, including electrical and plumbing supplies and also picked up special order items purchased online.The visit at this Lowe's started off poorly as the first employee I spoke to, gave a "nope" for a response when I asked her if she worked in the electrical department. I asked next, do you work for Lowe's, and her response was "yup", I then asked her, if she could find someone that could help me.I think this interaction with this young lady that works for Lowe's was a big fail.Her response should have been, (No Sir, I don't work in the electrical department but let me find someone that can help you) this would have been a much more appropriate response than just saying "nope"The other employees that I encountered throughout the store where great, including Vaughn, Will, Sergio and especially Laura the cashier who was awesome.This store is usually pretty easy to navigate and find parking. Not usually as busy as other locations. Poway Lowe's is my favorite Lowe's to shop at. I'll be returning again.

Paul in gardening section was so kind and helpful! I didn’t ask for help, he offered. He also helped me find every single product I needed and even put them in the cart for me. His customer service was exceptional!

Who design online pickup in-store? I was in return line for 20 minutes trying to pick up the items for which already paid. Got home and found that 4 items out of 10 I purchased were not even new and used up and broken. Why would lowe's sells used items and hide them in pick up bag?

I really never get offered help or can find somebody when I do need it. Maybe it's just bad timing and coincidence on my end. The only person that can seem to be found is the one person running the self check out stands. I'm sure they are missing out on sale opportunities. I've heard others talk about the same issue so I know I'm not the only one... The store was fairly clean though ?

I love Lowe’s! The staff is friendly and helpful no matter the hour of day. Bobby Del Rosario helped me pick out a couple different appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher) and was very informative and helpful on all the appliance specs and pricing. This was extremely appreciated since we were overwhelmed with a big move and didn’t expect to need new appliances. Amazing customer service and we will be returning again!
