Puts you in a 2 year contract with bad phones. The first came to me used and hacked, the second one left me short of the 2 year contract. Also had problems making phone calls due to high traffic clogging the call. Would have to call multiple times before getting my call through.SO NOT WORTH IT.

They where closed on a Friday at 10:45am, I called just to make sure it wasn't temporary closed because someone might have been in the bathroom or something but the number went straight to voicemail saying mailbox was full.

I purchased a screen protector from J.Young on 10/1/21 and he assured me that the quality was very good . On 10/2/21 I noticed a chip in the bottom corner . I had a very busy week and was able to go in over the weekend . There was female sales associate and she said she would call the manager named Joe and while I waited she informed me that he would not approve a replacement . I called to speak directly with the Manger Joe on Monday 10/11/21 and explained the situation once again . Joe told me that he would not stand behind the defective product . He was not understanding that the screen proctor is defective or was not applied properly , I do remember the the technician applying it to the phone twice and therefore it may not have been sealed properly. We have been with Metro PCS for years and this was my first and very last visit to the Poway store . I noticed from previous reviews this location is not up to par with their customer service . The screen proctor was $21.55 and it is truly the principal of treating your loyal customers right to build a better business. I'm assuming Joe in not interested in standing behind the Metro PCS brand.

I needed a new phone so I went to this store to get one. I have been a MetroPCS customer for almost 7 years and have never had a bad experience until now. I went in and asked if there were any deals for existing customers. The woman said that I qualify for an upgrade and would get a better price. That made me happy so I picked out a phone and had it set up. When I got home I realized that the T-Mobile brand phone was not user friendly at all. It wouldn't even hook to my wifi at home or the blue tooth in my car. I went back the next day to trade it in and I was told that since I got an "upgrade", they wouldn't take it back. I didn't want my money back, I wanted to pick something else but they refused! What does an "upgrade" have to do with anything, it is still a purchase! So, now I have a phone that is unusable since I had them hook up my old phone and I am using that. I am out the money for that worthless phone and I still need a new phone. Needless to say, my long and great relationship with Metro will be ending this week when I take my business somewhere that cares. Bottom line, avoid this store at all costs, they are just looking to rip people off!!

I will never go back to this store. Although the manager Joe did try to do his best to help us, bottom line is, we bought a brand new iPhone, it didn't work and they tried to give us a refurbished phone as a replacement. It's their "policy" they said. After two weeks and three hours of dealing with this, we got a new phone. Something shady is going on at this store. DO NOT shop there. They tried to dupe my young daughters and the policies need to change. Very disappointed.

Awful. Bought a brand new phone for $400 and it was defective so they got a "new" one back for us. We got a REFURBISHED, used, dirty phone when $400 was spent for a NEW one. This is completely unacceptable and not okay. We have contacted managers and corporate and they just say there's nothing they can do so help us with our issue. There is always something to do but they just keep on saying "it's our policy." Whose freaking policy is "buy a new phone, but you can return it for a used one!" Ridiculous right!? Safe to say, never using metro pcs again. Hope no one else has to deal with this cause it's been a pain to deal with this. Joe the manager at the Poway location tried to help us but we feel cheated and scammed due to all this.
