The best customer service, and vehicle service, I have ever received. If you want an honest evaluation, and honest service for your vehicle, as well as reasonable pricing, go to Midas in Poway. I do not live in the area, and I will continue to make the drive for their service!

Best customer service at this location! Victor and Fadi took great care of me with my car. They truly care about their customers, on a friend level and we’re extremely nice and funny. I had problems with my car overheating, they did a free inspection to figure out the problem! They had great communication with me throughout the whole process with updates and on what needs to be done, and they heard and looked into every detail I mentioned. They made sure my concerns were seen. They explained what needed to be fixed and how things can happen. They are very informative! They also worked around MY schedule making sure I had my car in time for work, or/and offered a ride to make sure I got to where I need to go. I definitely recommend working with Victor and Fadi they will definitely take care of you. They had great prices not ripping (me a girl) off, and had great offers and pricing. Fadi told me a price and it was the exact amount at pickup! No extra charges. Victor also helped me not get ripped off at another company, explaining every thing to me. They were giving out free food on the day I went, and super cheerful to all customers. They will definitely get my business again! Also a big thank you to the mechanics who worked on my car fast and repaired what was needed!

This Midas took care of me last minute. They provided supreme service when I needed help with my brake lights. Previous auto repair shops mislead me and Midas was the best place to go to. I will return!

I had my first encounter at the Poway facility today. The men are incredibly friendly and kind. They replaced the brakes on my Land Rover, at a fair price, and without any problems. I'm going to start doing all of my maintenance here.

I'm so grateful for Fadi and his team. I met them due to an unfortunate event with my car but it was truly a blessing in disguise. This is why they are my number one choice: first and foremost honesty. Fadi won't bs you, he'll tell you like it is and he's NEVER pushy about it which, ironically, makes me want to get the repair done ASAP. All of the people working here are nice, respectful, kind, and friendly. Oftentimes, being a woman car mechanics make you feel inadequate. I've never felt that way at Midas Poway, actually the opposite. They make me feel at ease and always explain everything that's needed step by step. The workers are professional and awesome as well, they're fast and knowledgeable. They're also surprisingly fair and understanding of car costs and will meet you where you are. This is the place I'll always go to to get my car fixed.

Fadi & his crew went above & beyond to get my car back on the road… they are so hospitable, that their shop gives you a small town vibe - even though we are submerged in a suburban atmosphere. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
