wow. and wow. I felt like back to school in an awesome way. they showed me my brakes failure. explained everything in details. replace brakes and free brake fluid exchange with lifetime warranty on brake pads.. thank you Midas poway for honesty and excellence work and service.

Went into Midas during my lunch because my car was shaking from my commute to work from Ramona to Poway. I knew this needed to be checked out, The manager Fadi took care of me he was polite, friendly, with overall fantastic customer service. Turns out my tires needed to be balanced and my car was ready within the hour, and the ride home was smoother than ever. Thank you. I definitely recommend.

Not satisfied. I did oil change here recently. The engine light came up after a month telling that an oil change is needed. Took my car to my regular mechanic's shop for an oil change

Fadi and his team are the best. I have come to this location many times. Fadi goes out of his way to give me the cheapest possible price for the services. He is very straightforward about pricing and services. I’ve since moved further south and will continue to bring my car here because of the quality of the services and the way Fadi and his team have treated me.

Fadi is the man! Seriously, in every way. He works very hard, is fair and kind.I was behind a gentleman who he topped off coolant for free and told him he knows good deeds always come back.My car had a check engine light on. Before suggesting anything for a charge he said let's run a test to see what's up. It was a glitch with the thermostat. He reset it. Tested again, and sent me on my way for no charge. This place will always have my business as long as he's around

Customer service like no other! We have been going to Midas in Poway for years, it's always a pleasant experience. Quality service, Fadi is always so friendly and funny. Fadi goes above and beyond. Highly recommend .

Great service, $100 for oil & filter change+ tire rotation. Wait time is long ( my appointment was at 11:30am, finished at 1pm).

These guys will go the extra mile. They have taken care of the extra stuff that comes up when work was needed, and they have told me they would price match anyone else. So far i haven’t been able to find a better price anyway and the customer service isn’t getting beat either. No reason to go somewhere else. Thanks fadi and Adam ?

Wow. As a mechanic it has been a long time since a corporate mechanic gave me service I would give to my family. Everything was explained for what was needed and what could wait without prompting. They had the parts on hand and were able to have same day turn around and were communicative throughout. Thoroughly impressed with this crew. Thank you for fantastic service.

I had a terrible experience today here today, and saw another lady there get yelled out. Sharing here cause it was such a poor customer service experience that seems like business as usual at this place...I went to get our van's battery replaced. The staff seemed pleasant enough at first, offering a free estimate with no obligation in about 8-10 minutes. After 15 minutes with no progress, I decided to grab a sandwich nearby. Returning 15 minutes later, they still weren't able to look at it.When they finally looked at it, they quoted $320 for an AGM battery installed. My husband said to just get a basic battery not AGM, as our van isn't used a lot and has no fancy electric stuff.I questioned the guy, mentioning that we only wanted the base battery. He insisted that only the AGM battery would work for the van, refusing to install any other type. My husband confirmed later that this was untrue and shady.But the reason I'm posting is because of what happened below...When I said I needed to call my husband and would return shortly, the he shockingly replied, "NO, YOU CAN'T COME BACK, YOU WASTE TOO MUCH OF MY TIME."I called my husband. While on the phone, I witnessed a similar altercation between that staff and another lady inquiring about her estimate. The employee abruptly canceled her service, accusing her of wasting time as well. Literally while she was right there saying "ok let's just do the service"... he said "no no you wasted my time".Such appalling service is crazy. Don't take your car here. Plenty of other good shops in town.

Horrible experience today, same happened to another customer at same time, and I am posting this so they make a change in their business.My wife went in to get a battery replaced in our van. Guy said 8-10m / free estimate / no obligation (i.e. nice, normal). 15m goes by, she says she'll go get a sandwich nearby, comes back, still no progress as of 30m in the shop. Understandable as a store gets busy. No worries so far.Finally gets the van in there to look, comes out and says an AGM battery is $320 installed. I had already told my wife to only get the basic battery, as we don't drive it much, no fancy electronics, and I knew the $120 battery at costo could be fine. But I preferred her to just get it installed since she's out getting us ready for a trip.She said "that's a little high. Is it he AGM battery? My husband said we just want the base battery".He says: "No, it can only take the AGM. I wont do any other battery than the AGM".That's untrue and kinda shady, but the worst part is below.She says "ok, I need to call my husband. I'll come back in a few minutes"He literally says"NO YOU CANT COME BACK, YOU WASTE TOO MUCH OF MY TIME"As this is happening, she gets flustered and calls me. And as I'm on the phone, the SAME thing is happening with another lady in the store with the guy.He gets in a yelling match with the other lady, who was asking questions about his estimate for her. He says "no I'm cancelling it now" (picks up phone and cancels) and says "nope, not able to do it now. You waste too much of my time". This is to the OTHER lady (i.e. he was rude as heck to my wife AND some other lady).Absolutely horrible service, this guy should lose his job tomorrow. And if he's the owner, he'll lose the business eventually for being this way.Already called the place that told us to go there for the battery work, and the new GM there (big place in town) said "omg, that's horrible. I'll make sure we never refer anyone there again".
