Wow, what a fabulous job they did on my grandmother's chair and footstool. It has been re-upholstered so many times over many decades. The cushion was incorrectly made by the previous upholsterer, and as you can see Ming's made it perfectly line up. Their attention to detail is wonderful! They really are at the top in my opinion as for the detail in craftsmanship. I will definitely use them again, and of course highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

This place does good quality work and prices are fair but they seem to not have enough help, are overwhelmed, and communication is poor. They give you a date as to when your item will be ready but when you call before going to pick up, it turns out that they are behind yet they don't call and let you know that. They are also bad with returning phone calls.

They did a great job fixing a carpet for my chevelle that didn't fit, and they did it fast. Would recommend for all Upholstery jobs great prices.

Very happy with the result but their communication and customer service needs much improvement. This is why I marked them down. first off when I called the the recording states that you can email and send pictures to get an estimate. I did that and never heard anything. A week later I walked into the shop. Picked out material and ordered. Received a call roughly 2 weeks later brought my ottoman in since they had my material. I was told that it would be ready by the middle of the next week. I was in the area and checked in at that time. It had not even been started and was told that it should be ready by the end of the week. Never heard anything. I called on Monday (Oct. 16) and was told that it would be ready around 2:00 PM. I arrived right before closing time and do you think that it was ready? HA!! The woman was very apologetic and every time gave excuses about being "very" busy then offered me free delivery as a compensation. The quality of work is phenomenal but I think that I will be taking my work somewhere else I the future.

The upholstery job was fantastic but it took forever and we had to call for status EVERY step of the way. They are nice but customer service i.e. calling the customer to let them know if their item is ready, could be better.
