They wanted to buy my car but they wanted to do an inspection. I came back home and this is what it looks like! Very unprofessional place!! Zero Cusromer care and we own 5 Nissans at home. It’s very unfortunate that your favorite car company has dealerships running like that.Seats were removed and put improperly which could be dangerous that they are not even attached correctly.All the covers and pins were removed and left looking so messy.

It was a basic oil change. I had the mornings firs appointment. But alas, it took 2 hours and 45 minutes for something so minor. Additional service was recommended but I thought if I approved the additional service my car would be unavailable for possibly weeks. But, your service individuals were extremely social and polite. Admittingly they could not fix what they had no control over.

What can I say about this dealership, well I am going to say that this dealership did the impossible task of getting me into another vehicle. Luca, Miguel and the entire team went above and beyond what I expected. I was upside down in my current/former car and this team pulled it off. I would definitely recommend MN Poway. Now I just need to find a way to have them get me lunch and dinner, lol.

Mikey, was a very experience service advisor and his advice is well taken that save me a lot money. He communicate very well with his customer and his got a good public relation. I observed him before it was my turn and his advice to the other customer was commendable. We need more people like him to come more often for service.

I purchased my first car from mossy Nissan Poway yesterday and had an amazing experience. I was having a tough time working with other dealerships and decided to call the Poway location. I talked to Brandon who was so transparent and straight forward over the phone. Within a few hours I was purchasing the exact car I have been looking for for months with a fantastic deal! Brandon was great at answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything. It was a totally different experience than the other dealerships I had gone to in the past. Definitely recommend coming here, especially if it's your first car buying experience!

Brandon Duarte helped me buy my first car. He was an excellent salesman and went above and beyond to make me happy. He made the experience enjoyable and not stressful at all. I would definitely recommend Mossy Nissan Poway and especially Brandon to friends and family. I went to another Nissan lot in San Diego and wasn’t happy with the experience but Brandon and the whole mossy Nissan team in poway made up for it. The sales manager as well as finance guy were also Nice and welcoming.

I purchased a used vehicle that supposedly went through a safety inspection. January two thousand twenty three. Before, I even got the car off the lot. I complained about it, and they said the windshield was safe. Driver side hoses to the windshield wiper fluid were broken. And they were supposed to change my blades. Mind you, this is a vehicle that went through a safety inspection. Certified used vehicle. They refuse to fix the. Windshield, which is severely pitted and has three chips in my field of vision.

First visit, brought in my Nissan Murano for a squeaky steering column and was charged for "adjustments" which didn't fix the issue after leaving the car half a day. It was later fixed by replacing gasket at the base in less than half the time and half the price. Second attempt was recently when we brought in our Nissan Arya for routine maintenance and also an email from the Nissan cloud saying potential issue with brakes. We dropped off the vehicle and were called half the day later to tell us the tech isn't in. Wtf??? No real apologies or attempt to make right. In contrast, Nissan Kearney Mesa took care of everything quickly and included a rental as well while we left the car. These dealerships are not the same despite the name Nissan in the name.

I wanted to get my wife a surprise anniversary gift while she was out of town. I brought her old pathfinder in for service and while waiting a salesman pitched me on the platinum 2023 used pathfinder right in front of the lot. I was interested and asked them to give me an estimate on my pathfinder. Bottom line I got the car but my wife ended up seeing it on our ring and didn't want it. There was a blue Tesla y she was interested in at Kearny Mesa and I asked if maybe we could do a switch. Kearny Mesa was actually very helpful and seemingly tried to help me out. I went to Poway to see what the deal was because someone was supposed to go pick it up. So I could check it out in Poway. Right as I pulled up my wife calls and said she's changed her mind and wants to see the car. I shrug and figure I'll ask if they will take a return after 2 days instead of 3 just because she wanted to see the Y. I came in asking to have an extra day to try to convince her when she came back in town but Brian the financial advisor lied straight to my face and said that he didn't know what I had with Ray but they don't do returns like that on cars over 40k. I told him to check the paperwork and he said that he couldn't find it and sent it to corporate more than likely already. I pressed him till he went and looked for it. Naturally we found it. He tried to convince me again showing me the back but I pointed to the section right on the front clearly saying I had two days with the $500 restocking fee which I was fine with. He changed his tune and all of a sudden decided that we could try and work something out so my wife had a chance to see the car. No chance, I don't trust anyone who lies straight to my face like that. They tried to win my business back by showing me their selection of teslas but it didn't end up working out because they didn't even have the Y my wife wanted to see that was supposed to be transported up. But at the end of the day, they just tried to keep my money when I came in asking, I would of been fine if they said no and two days was the agreement. Don't lie to me and say you do t have the papers, or lie and say you don't do that on cars over 40k
