I recently went in for a brake job and had to return the old pads. (They were still under warranty). My man Tyler was so helpful and quick. I was able to return the old pads and get the new ones all in about 5 minutes. Like I said quick. Also, Tyler did it all in one transaction. Which is nice because it saves me from all the receipts. It felt like Tyler was excited and eager to help me. Almost as if I had know him for years and he was just helping out one of the bros. If I had to nominate someone for employee of the month, without hesitation I would pick Tyler. If you are reading this, thanks Tyler.

I have never encountered such unhelpful staff at an auto shop. The man working had no idea how to help me replace the battery in my key fob. Rather than ask anyone else or make any effort, he just responded with good luck. Luckily, I found an autozone across the street and they provided excellent service and replaced my battery for me with no problem. I highly DON'T recommend O Reily's and recommend you try autozone first.

Never have I had a bad experience dealing the employees from this location until I was "helped" by a gentleman by the name of Corey. While everyone else seemed friendly Corey made it seem as if he was only there to collect a paycheck. I walked in hoping to get some wiper blades for my wife's vehicle and possibly the chance of getting some guidance on how to properly install the blades. when I asked him for help the response got was so belittling and a request I was told was offered at this store. If you read this and Corey is assisting you be prepared for a terrible experience.

Darien was super kind and knowledgable and helped us replace our engine and cabin air filters today, looking up and grabbing the parts and even instructing us on how to install them ourselves. He was super helpful, and the whole thing was like $44 (when Midas wanted $100-$110 to install same). The whole trip was super quick too. Thanks so much, Darien!

Called to ask some questions about what filter and oil options there are for my car but mostly to ask about what filter I would need to buy for my cars oil change. I am new to owning a car and keeping up with the maintenance of owning a car is new to me and would like to take good care of my car. When I called to ask for some help I was trying to write down a couple of the mentioned names for the oil and filter options. She mentioned there were at least 10 different oil brands so I said to myself okay I don’t need to write all of them down as long as I write down maybe 1 or 2 names down and the same for the filter options to my car. I just need to know what kind of oil (synthetic or not) and which car filter I should be reaching for when I go in store. The women who answered the phone had “scoffed” at me as if I was an inconvenience to her and did not seem to like that I was trying to ask for some suggestions from her. I asked if she could repeat the name of a brand she had mentioned because I was trying to write it down, she laughed and said at the end “that’s what I just said to you”. She was not nice and made me not want to call or go in there to ask for help again. I’m sure that was exactly what she was going for and well she did a good job at making sure that I don’t think of going back to this O’Rilley. I ended the call after her clearly not wanting to help by saying “thank you and I appreciate your time”.

Store manager, Jasmin, was most helpful when I showed up needing both a brake and front head light. She quickly gathered the right parts and offered to install both of them for me (at no charge!).
