Great local shipping shop with excellent customer service. I usually drop in to send off small packages and online returns when in the area. Staff is always super friendly and positive. After having a good experience shipping little things, I recently needed to ship my espresso machine in for repairs, which I am really glad I did with them. Unfortunately my machine was damaged by UPS during shipment, but the PA team (especially Teri) was on top of it and helped me through the entire process. Not only helped, but white gloved me through the whole process, following up with UPS on my behalf as well as working directly with my repair company to access damage costs. While it sucks it happened, thanks for taking a stressful and long situation and getting it resolved for me. Highly recommend if you are shipping important things cuz they got your back.

I ordered moving boxes on the Uhaul website and went to pick them up at this location per the instructions. When I got there the guy at the counter said âI have no idea what youâre talking aboutâ and when I showed him my phone so he could see the order he just said he doesnât even sell those boxes and basically he wasnât gonna do anything to help with the issue. I realize mistakes happen but if youâre representing Uhaul and have a big sign outside saying you are affiliated with them I would expect more than just a âI have no idea what youâre talking aboutâ. Even if there was nothing he could do his attitude sucked.

They are a local favorite. The service is excellent and I was very happy that they have a little gift area. You can get little items through handmade charcuterie boards.

Amazing staff and very helpful, Walked in to take my passport photo had it done in couple of minutes, While I was waiting the gentleman asked me if I was renewing my passport, I had answered yes, but I need it expedited and he offered me that service I got my new passport in 2 weeks. Very helpful and outgoing to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I had the exact same experience as Nathan below. (credit: some copied and pasted - the idiots at Postal Annex haven't changed their tune since he posted many months ago.)Dropped a pre-paid Fedex PRIORITY OVERNIGHT package off at this location on a Monday before the Fedex cutoff. By Wednesday the package still hadn't been tendered to Fedex, so I called the store and asked for a status. I was told it was in a Fedex Hub somewhere, and probably held up because of weather. The owner straight up lied and said Fedex collected it on Monday. Then that Wed. evening the Fedex tracking status was updated to indicate it was dropped off at PostalAnnex after the cutoff and would be collected the next day. Thursday evening he finally tendered the package to Fedex. This was a **PRIORITY OVERNIGHT** package containing a Medical device, and we missed several days of treatments due to this outfit's ineptitude.Do not trust your packages with PostalAnnex.

I usually don't do reviews but this one was very much needed because people need to understand how convenient this spot makes your life and how great it is. Mark is the coolest and most helpful worker. I found out that he owns this place and he runs it so professionally. He's extremely friendly and understanding. His customer service skills are out of this world he ended up helping me load my car on to the tow of a U-Haul for some time after work. It's pretty great seeing that he spent time out of his day after hours to help me. I would recommend this place to anybody for any service , stamps notary , U-Haul , whatever you need ! I was having issues getting something notarized and Mark from Postal Annex made sure he took care of the issue efficiently. The place has expanded and more additions have been made to the store which made it convenient for me since I had to ship a large painting and needed material which I didn't have that this postal annex provided. Overall, great customer service and appreciation towards their customers!

Went in for a passport photo. He asked if I needed to send it out. I said yes and went to my car to get the paperwork. He then told me it was $1 for a single USPS stamp. I asked if that is what a stamp is worth right now and he said âno itâs just what I charge to break up a book of stamps.â I said fine Iâll buy the whole book then. That ended up $15 for 20 stamps still 15 cents more than face value PER STAMP. I should have just sent it with my stamps at home.Wish he had just asked if I wanted to buy stamps rather than acting like he was being helpful just to get another sale.

Charged $15 for a book of stamps when I paid $14 at the other one in Poway yesterday. I asked why it costs a dollar more and they had no explanation - just what they charge. Didnât have a great interaction - will definitely stick with the other PA or post office.

Interesting Postal Annex. I say this because, having visited many, each location is unique and reflects the franchisee's unique style. Some offer an over assortment of impulse items for sale, greeting cards, reading glasses, charms, necklaces, etc. This PA has a business only feel to it and that fits my style. Adding some artistic painted murals would be a nice touch (a little more flair). This location also rents U-Haul trucks as well. ? The location is good, parking is never an issue.
