Run!!!! What a nasty experience. This people could care less about what happens to you as a customer the moment you step out of that lot. I took my truck with a tic noise concern and a dash delaminating as RAM customer service told me to do. They were unable to find the tic but the delamination was valid. I was put in a HERTZ rental given my truck was in shop. I was told by service rep named CHUCK, (extremely unreliable person and hard to get a hold off), that the first day rental will be covered by my Mopar Maxcare warranty and the second day was on them. Fast forward, I continued to get letters from Hertz about this dumb $50 rental charged, multiple calls and emails to the dealer and unfulfilled promises from Chuck about taking care of this payment and finally I received a letter from a collection agency saying Hertz had sent me to collection. I ended up just paying the collection agency since I personally had never being involved with these people. After years of having an over 790 credit score, I would now see a significant dropped on my credit report due to the negligence of this location. Stay away from here, go find a dealership who genuinely cares about their customers. Run now!!!

Miguel H was so amazing! I did a quick google search at 7:45 pm and called to confirm inventory and he confirmed. We went in and he took excellent care of us right away! The car we wanted was waiting for us upfront, amazing value, great customer service and pleasant negotiation. They got us a great deal too!I highly recommend Poway Pedder CDRJ to anyone who is looking for a nice car and good deals and most importantly I highly recommend doing business with Miguel.

My 2018 ram 1500 Eco diesel is now out of warranty at 75,000 milesAnybody can sell them, but the real test comes to service. That's where Pedder Ram has failed. Left about a half dozen messages over a few weeks and they just tell me it's gonna be at least two weeks before they can even get me in for two recalls and some routine service Bought from these guys so I could have a dealership to go back to, but Service is not there strong point. I've had a service a few times, and they didn't have the part to perform one of the recalls.Very disappointing

Well too bad there is not anything lower than 1 star. My vehicle was diagnosed as needing a new part in January of 2023. Guess what. They still can get the part!! No joke, 3 service writers, a service manager and a parts manager could not get, find, source the part I need. It was only after month and months of waiting and a complaint to keep that any headway was made. They found a good part number. My vehicle was I. Their position. 3 times. Yes, 3 times to replace a part they told me they had. I picked up a vehicle 3 times without the part ever being replaced. No there is a strike. Bull ship. 30 days and counting on strike. That's fine. Explain to me the previous9 months. Zero communication between service writer service manager and part department. It's almost like they are in different county's. If you call they don't answer. If you leave a voicemail they don't answer. If you show up in person they don't answer. Seriously, deer in headlights look from the counter staff in the service department. Just passing the buck. Zero accountability. Zero reliability zero care for customers legitimate warranty issues. They are so disconnected they don't even look at their reviews.

I had to wait almost two months to get an appointment for my Jeep Renegade to have its 50k service and also let them know my hood release lever broken, giving them plenty of time to order the item beforehand. They were nice enough the day of my service, however, the part was not ordered ahead of time. It's been over a month and still no part. They said they would wash my car after the service.. this was not done. I began an oil consumption test and was nearing the required mileage. Tried for a week to get in touch with the service dept both via phone and text, but I never got a response. It took me texting that I was going to go to a different Jeep dealership fir anyone to respond to me.. which was suddenly within minutes! I let them know I would not be taking my Jeep back to their dealership basically because I was being ignored. I highly do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this location for any service!

First appointment on a Friday morning LOF and inspection completed quickly and the exterior was nicely washed. Greg was great.Need to return after the strike so they can order parts to repair passenger power window.My only complaint was the online appointment setting feature wasn't working and it took several days for the service department to return my voice mails as I attempted to schedule an appointment.

Can here in January go get a warranty replace t part for our Gladiator. 9 months later and they still don’t know how to get me a part. Buy a jeep here Jeeps are great. Service and parts……..not so great. The service department and parts department can’t tell if there’s a lift on my jeep (there isn’t.) they don’t call the don’t update. You leave voicemails, they don’t return calls. Hardly service at all. Fun stuff. Last contact was over 10 days ago. You’d think after 9+ months they would have figured something else.

Had my car serviced. It broke down the following day in a parking lot. I called the service department and was told that the service manager, Don, would call me back to coordinate towing. I never received a call back that day or the following day from Don, despite leaving numerous messages. Poor customer service. When they finally fixed my vehicle again, it was apparently due to them not tightening the wheels properly in the first place. I am giving 3 stars because I do appreciate the loaner car service through Enterprise.

I was very disappointed in the level of service provided by the service department on my latest visit. A simple oil change wasn't so simple. Never had an issue with them on prior visits, but this time was much different. Picked up my Jeep and driving down Poway Rd and we were hailed down by several cars saying that there was a considerable amount of fluid dropping from the Jeep and smoking heavily. Brought it back immediately and told the service advisor who took it back and assured that they would fix whatever was wrong and then steam clean the entire bottom of the vehicle. Couple hours later they completed it and drove the vehicle home. Parked it in my driveway and went in the house. Came out a couple hours later to find oil spots in the driveway. Took it back on the next business day and they kept for 2 additional days saying it was the oil cooler. What? Got it back and driving it with no issues since, but seems kinda shady. Overall experience left a LOT to be desired in the area of communication between the service department and me. I understand staffing issues, but when a customer leaves messages because all they get is voicemail and there's no return call, that leaves them very frustrated.

My car buying experience was great, Johnny, Aldo, and Dean we're extremely helpful through the entire process. Wife was happy and we we're in and out in a very timely manner. Highly recommend these guys!

Robert helped me out when purchasing a Gladiator. Was able to massively help out on a new gladiator after finding a used one was not suitable. Standup sales person that I would not hesitate to do business with again. Overall Pedder was very helpful and created a very smooth transaction.

Had previously good experiences before this became Pedder dealership. I tried multiple times to schedule service that could not be scheduled on their online portal. I could not get through to anyone despite multiple phone calls and multiple messages, including to the service manager. Finally gave up and going to another dealer for service/business going forward.

If you buy a car from this dealership good luck getting your car serviced here. They will give you the jeep warranty and maintenance plan but good luck getting it serviced here. Bought my jeep Grand Cherokee 2021 in 2021 and it's always over a month out to get my car looked at here. If you have a sudden check engine light turn on they won't even look at you for over a month and a half. Brought my jeep on Friday 08/25/2023 service was fast and the people were attentive. I have to wait 5 weeks to get this appointment. The light came back in 24 hours. Since Monday 08/28/2023 I have been trying to get ahold of anyone on maintenance to set up another apt. The sales dept answers the phone and transfers me to maintenance and they don't answer the phone. I've left multiple voicemails and not a call back it's now Thursday 08/31/2023. They even sent me a text asking me how the service has been lol. If you're reading this please call your customers who leave voicemails. The sales guy even said he would hand deliver my message lol. It's been 24 hours since then too...Going to start going to a jeep dealership down south. Like I said the sale process was nice but they won't service your car here. If anyone can call me back I've been waiting a week. I rarely leave reviews but this is so unprofessional.

Robert was nothing short of amazing! As an out of state buyer I was very nervous about the process and how it would work. Robert was awesome. He offered to record a walk around of the car as I was not going to see it. Assured me everything worked perfectly. Robert was in full contact with me even after the sale and my car was dropped off. You made buying out of town so easy and pleasant, thank you! If you want to be treated like your top priority, go see Robert!
