Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The doctor was nice and friendly but the assistants were trash. One lady does not make you feel welcome while the staff keeps dropping the ball on ordering stuff. I'm totally fed up with this place. I should have trusted the other reviews on this place and avoided them. The negative reviews are spot on accurate of their services.

I love these guys—I drive 90 minutes each way to see them. They’re the only ones to whom I’ll trust my eyes. Friendly, professional, kind—and they listen to their patients/customers. Highly recommended.

Great staff and doctor! Fitted my teenage son with contact lenses, which he had never worn before. They were very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Went here for annual eye exam, very efficient and thorough testing. Eye doctor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and provided good advice. Very easy to schedule appointments.

I was able to get an appointment setup relatively easy. The visit to the office was seamless and was helped out by a very patient team member. Picking frames can arduous but I did get good feedback on my decision by one of the team members.

Stop. I only found out they charge $20 for any "follow up" after the 1st exam, even if your prescription need to be tweaked after you walk out that day. I got contact lenses to try out. Thay said to call if I need to have the strengths adjusted. I needed a slight adjustment after wearing the contacts for a week. I called to schedule an adjustment appointment and they told me it will cost $20. I already paid $130 for my exam and prescription, but at that point haven't even given me a product that works. I've NEVER had to pay for adjustment to a "test" pair of contacts, EVER! Apparently, my VSP insurance said this is not the agreement they have with any provider. If you have insurance, the provider has to make sure the prescription is completed to the satisfaction of the wearer, otherwise it's malpractice.

They were extremely helpful and thorough in the exam process and getting my new glasses set perfectly for progressive lenses that I have only started needing in the past several years. My last prescription was wrong, meaning the progression is incorrect. Eyeworks helped to make clear why I was struggling so much with my existing glasses and provided a visual example of what my medium range vision 'should' be (HUGE help)! I would definitely recommend them and look forward to going back!

The staffs have so much patience. English is not my first language. In some topics, I lack vocabulary, especially communicating about eyeglasses or eye examinations. They explain again and again until I understand. The price is transparent and valuable. I already recommend this place to my friends. I am a loyal customer of here.

Dr. Tan is very sweet and a wonderful Optó. The front desk guy Brandon ( I think) was super helpful and patient considering how long we take to select or narrow down our glass choices. They respect your appointment timings. Insurance was accepted without any hassles, Though the frames are a bit expensive, would still recommend them as their service is best. Good job guys!!!

I cancelled my appointment due to testing positive for COVID. A week after testing negative, I called and they found me a cancelled appointment time that helped me get back to them. Great testing again with good details. I even got a frame screw repair that was great.
