I had the best experience with their service center! Trinh was so kind and patient with me as I was a bit panicked.He took his time with me, and made sure I understood every step of the recall and extended warranty to get my airbag repaired.And they were so quick!I appreciate his time, compassion, and understanding..The best!

Got a Hyundai recall notice. Called to make a recall appt. They knew exactly why I was coming in. When I arrived “ sorry no part in stock”. What kind of responsible dealership makes appts for service when they don’t have the needed part? And don’t look ahead to contact customer before he takes off work to drive 30 miles. Spoke to director of service about it. They know about the issue - but don’t seem to really care about my time.

I'm rating the customer service I received from their service advisor, Tony Espinosa. From the time we called their service line and connected with Tony to the days after we got our vehicle back from being serviced to make sure we weren't experiencing any issues, Tony was extremely responsive, provided constant updates via text and voicemails, and made sure we were set up with a great rental car so we experienced as little inconvenience as possible. I had the opportunity to witness other service advisors in the lobby interacting with customers and I saw professionalism and positivity at its finest. Tony was a standout, but whatever they're doing to find these great people and training them at Pedder Hyundai should be a standard in the industry.

This is about the service department at Pedder Hyundai I had come in without an appointment to get some minor adjustments done wiper blade adjustment and I needed some nitro for my tires. Simple right? You would think but here it goesThey took my valve stem cap off that matched my rims!! Why why ??And I'm very upset they replaced it with a chrome cover that didn't match and I don't like it. I wanted my originals back and they can't seem to find it so they say.The service manager did go out and buy me a black set which does not match at all so that's why they get one star because at least he tried the other guy. Tony, told me straight out that oh the next time I'm not going to help anybody out. Okay. Well I mean are you helping me out by doing this, taking parts off a car without permission. So if you have custom parts on your car, they're saying that it's okay for them to steal them because it wasn't what was supposed to be on there. How does that make any sense? Anyway simple don't bring your car in for service here!

Air bags light were on, made appointment was left waiting 25 nins. Tolds because I was early and if I didn't want to wait take you keys and car and leave..ya not going back

Talk with Moses, he will get you a good deal and is a genuine guy! I love my car! Also, the building is new and the employees there are all very helpful and super nice. They even put tv on for the kids to watch! I would definitely recommend this place for used (or new) cars!

Efficient and quick dealership!!! I've purchased 3 different cars within the last 7 years from big dealerships and they always took 6+ hours of my day. Felipe the salesman was very nice, NOT pushy at all whatsoever, and quick to help me get a lower payment than what I first qualified for.I got the exact car I wanted, I've never been able to do that at a dealership! They always pushed me towards other cars, not Felipe. He helped me ride out with the car I had my eye on since stepping into that dealership.The blonde girl with bangs was super helpful too and the financing guy was so funny and sweet.Highly recommend coming here if you're looking to purchase or trade in, like I did.

I was looking to sell my vehicle and used Kelly Blue Book's "Instant offer" program. I was contacted by Pedder Hyundai shortly after filling out the forms online by David, who set me up with an appointment for an appraisal the following day. I was instructed to arrive at the service bay at 9am and that the process should take about 15-20 minutes.That is where everything fell apart.I arrived on time and as instructed. There was no one to be found in the service area, so I wandered through to the sales area. One man was helping a couple already, and two others rushed by me without a backwards glance. I continued to wander around between sales and service looking for assistance. Finally I was able to flag down a gentleman heading to the service counter.He told me that the service department was not able to help, and that I needed to wait for an available salesperson. Then he informed me that the sales department was in a meeting for the next 45 minutes or so, and that I would need to wait until that was over. I showed him my email with the instructions that were provided, and he could care less.I tried to contact David to let him know what had happened and my displeasure at the lack of communication or lies. I have never received a response to date.If you value your time and want to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, please go someplace else. As a note, I ended up getting a much more competitive offer at CarMax and I was in and out with check in hand in 40 minutes after arrival.

Recently was helping a friend purchase her first car. We drove all the way up here because they had listed a used Civic on Autotrader that checked all her boxes. After driving the car with a perfectly friendly salesman, we were passed off to his colleague to complete the purchase. We didn't try to negotiate with the man, just said we were looking to purchase the car at the price they had listed on Autotrader, plus whatever necessary taxes, DMV fees, etc. we had to pay. He said "well let me get you a quote" and disappeared to "talk to the manager", which was baffling because the price of the car was right there, and we weren't trying to get the price lower. He then came back with his "quote", which was *ten thousand dollars higher* (more than 50% of the price of the car) than their own listed price on Autotrader. Of course, this quote had extended warranties, protection services, etc. I clarified that we just wanted the car, at the price they had listed, which is why we had driven all the way up here, despite passing a thousand other Civics for sale in San Diego. He informed us that, had we read their fine print, we would know that the price they listed was excluding all dealer add-ons, and they *refused to sell the car at the price they themselves had listed*. They then wasted 2 hours of our time going back and forth negotiating price with us. My friend really had her heart set on this car, so we were able to finally get the price down to "only" $2000 more than their listed price with taxes and fees would have been. All in all, shady, shady dealership tricks. Positive good reviews from other folks suggest they don't do this trickery on new vehicles, but I wouldn't go here just on principle.

My daughter took her 2016 Elantra in for recall fix for anti theft update. Process took approx 2 hrs without any issues.The tire pressure indicator was on and they checked it for her at no charge and washed vehicle. Tony was pleasant and treated her respectfully. Thanks!!

Awesome team, took my car to be serviced there for the first time. The booking process works quite well, it was smooth to make the appointment and got a text reminder too. They have a very fast process at the dealer, great waiting room with coffee, TV, wifi, all you need. My car was returned in the same day with all the inspections and tasks that needed to be done completed. Will definitely come back!

I have always had a great experience with servicing my Santa Fe at Hyundai in Poway, CA. My Service Agent, Jason, is the best. Always cheerfully greeting me and helpful with what I need to have serviced on my vehicle. I cannot say enough about Jason. I would give him a 10+ if the stars went high enough. And I have never had a problem with the service on my Santa Fe. Cudos to the mechanics as well.

been looking for a car i could afford and we came across a honda civic while looking online at this dealer. my mom called and Wesley, answered all her questions and was very nice. upon arrival i was immediately able to test drive and loved it! Wesley answered every question we had about the car, helped us finalize everything, and made the overall experience great:) definitely recommend this place.
