I've been going to this place for over a year now. The customer service is always exemplary. Both the range desk and service desk have amazing tenants that will humor even your most ridiculous question. 10 out of 10, will always recommend!

We called at 6:30pm to ask about the hours, pricing and whether we could still come in to shoot that evening. The girl on the phone said, “Yeah, you guys can come in” and didn’t mention anything about needing a reservation which was unexpected, as some shooting ranges don’t even allow reservations
We drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told, “Unfortunately, we’re fully booked.” We asked why we weren’t informed that a reservation was required, especially since we were told we could come. She simply said, “Three more people booked in that time” We also explained that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we were hoping to at least get an apology or maybe wait in case someone canceled. Instead, the staff member didn’t even look at us and just stayed silent. Then she casually mentioned another shooting range in Balboa which, by that time, was already closed….
We believe the staff member’s name was Brooke not completely sure blonde with glasses
It would be really helpful in the future if staff clearly communicated when the place is fully booked and a reservation is needed, instead of saying, “Yeah, you guys can come in.” We ended up wasting our time on a birthday, which was really disappointing….

Cool range some of the staff r cool but it’s just over priced and too packed. it’s just not what it once was, I’ve had a membership for almost two years and I just can’t justify paying it to come in 3 times in less than a month to try to shoot and only be able to get in once… no offers no way to compensate, just long wait times. I’m just losing money, and your only option to give is to just make reservations just kinda sucks. Idk might re think it but I can justify spending the money to just get denied every time, it’s literally 2pm and I just want to come in and relax man shouldn’t be a whole ordeal especially when the store doesn’t seem to care about your inconveniences as a member. Took 20 mins just to cancel my membership as I sat their waiting for the gentleman to help me. Maybe would’ve stayed with PWG if there was some sort of action to at least acknowledge the inconvenience but there really wasn’t. Sucks but I would rather just bring my own ammo and just pay to shoot when I feel like it instead of paying monthly and hoping to come in if their not fully reserved. Just waste of gas money and time and they don’t seem to appreciate that through the customer. Especially the gentleman with tattoos and the mustache/glasses on the check in spot who seems to not care.

Really nice shooting range. It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, and there’s a lot of space to feel comfortable.
They have plenty of rental options, but you can also bring your own. I had a great time and will definitely be back

Terrible Customer Service. I've been a member at this range for a year and while there are a few things to like, my over all experience has been bad. Shooting in the range and taking classes with the instructors is great. Their customer service with anything else is horrible. After shooting in the range one night the guy gave my driver's license to someone else and then acted like it wasn't his problem. I had a part installed on a rifle, but it took weeks to get it back because only one person could release it to me and he was never there. I purchased a handgun and could never get any information about the process. They finally called me 8 months later to pick it up. When I would go in to ask about my purchase, they tell me I have to call shipping like if I'm bothering them. For these reasons I will never make a big purchase from here. I'll probably find a new range even though I live close to this one
