I have been a frequent resident at the Ramada Wyndham Poway. After dealing with a lot of circumstances that have cause me great distress I have been very grateful and appreciative of the exemplary care from the managers, house keepers and the maintenance man, Ernesto. The rooms are beautiful and remodeled. Whenever I ask for something, action is immediate. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for wonderful service and beautiful spacious rooms and great attention to detail.

Ramada Poway failed to honor my reservation. Book elsewhere unless you don't mind your room not being available. I booked my room 4 months in advance, but was called the morning of check-in and told they were overbooked and my room was no longer available.

Very Loud construction began close to 7 am in a close room. cheap air conditioner made loud clicking noises through the night after turned off. Probably about 50 ants in the bathroom, I'm assuming they are in the bedroom also but it has a very dark floor. window curtains don't close all the way. I am not staying here again.
Rooms: Has ants. Other rooms under construction that starts at 7 am.
Safety: Curtains do not close all the way.

The rooms are larger than most, with a king size bed, 2 person table chairs, a desk w/chair 2 night stands and the standard tv stand, there is still a ton of open space. I dont hear my neighbor if I have the air conditioner running.
Food & drinks: The breakfast consists of waffles, danishes, yogurt, 2 cereals, fruit, juice and coffee.
Right next door is a jack in the box and walking distance is McDonald's.

During my visit the hotel was under a major renovation. Noisy, dirty and smelly.
