We stayed at Ramada for 2 nights. When we first got to the motel, the room was ready, and the check-in process was really quick. The service was great. The rooms were tidy and pretty clean, but you can see it’s really old, but we knew it before we came. The only problem we had there is the soundproofing of the rooms; it’s really poor, and in the morning, we could hear noise and people talking. The location is not really an issue because there is not a lot of traffic in San Diego, so you can get from place to place in less than 20 minutes. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.Rooms: Old but pretty cleanFood & drinks: Coffe and waffles in the morning.

Do not stay here! I Was woken up before 9 am with jack hammers going non stop. As a flooring installer I know of the process when remodeling and for them to not have courtesy to the guests staying here is unreal. There are times when to perform certain tasks for installing flooring and using a jack hammer first thing in the morning is not one of them. They also allow drug addicts to stay here and the new management is horrible. I have stayed here before and at least the management listened and was concerned, however the new management is soulless and do not care for the safety and peace of their guests. The service is very bad. They will not let you have coffee after 9am which is also when they stop breakfast which is one continent at best. No variety and no actual breakfast is served here. I do not write a ton of reviews as you can actually tell by clicking on me and viewing my reviews but this deserves to be known. They should not get our money!

It's ok but hardly any parking. Also the Wi-Fi is terrible. If you need to get work done, either use your hotspot or choose a different motel.

My 72 year old mother was told to wait at the side by the desk clerk. He was a man, and directly after my mother entered two other men entered to book rooms. The Man behind the counter decided that instead of helping the customer who came in the door first he would have the 72 year old woman stand to the side while he assisted both of the other two people that were definitely no older than 40 years old. These people do not care at all about customer service. They will treat your older mother like garbage.Noteworthy details: Clerk was very dismissive to the 72 year old woman who was paying. We left, I would suggest that you try the Wyndham up the street.

WORST experience EVER!Noisy, dirty, & sketchy environment to say the least. Nancy @ front desk needs a advanced course in customer service. Construction ongoing for entire 2 weeks we were "stuck" there.Rooms: Don't even look behind beds for outlets...disgusting filth thats never seen a vacuum!

Hotel is under renovation, half of parking lot is full of construction material. Room is good sized, and obviously the major upgrade is done but decorating only 50% complete. If not under construction would give it a 4 room rating. After two days I had to ask front desk for room service because nobody even checked on my room. Until construction is done would not recommend it!

Not close to the city area or airport, but I go here to stay every time I go to San Diego. The reason is it’s CLEAN. They clean bed sheet and I think some other places they don’t wash sheets and clean rooms as much as they do. I tip the cleaning crew extra cuz I want them to keep honest working as they do now!! I will stay again next time too!!

This is a hotel to skip. The rooms and property are very run down. The rooms are in poor condition, especially the bathroom. Most important to know is that our bathroom shower did not have hot water and the hotel staff did not attempt to rectify the problem.Again, I advise you to stay elsewhere.

Went to check in and was told to come back at 3pm. Which if no rooms were available (just from my parking spot I saw 4 open rooms) or she had not just checked someone in that would be fine.If you dont want to work with people in the housing program then maybe your hotel shouldnt accept vouchers.

Would give 0 stars if allowed- first of all they don’t inform you, you will be charged an extra $150 that takes over a week to receive back. Secondly the room had a musty mildew aroma, the sheets were dirty with hair- the walls were covered in bugs (ants and spiders) it was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was old pastry’s. Do not recommend, it is a scam, saw this lovely black spider crawling into a hole on the door frame into a roomSafety: Sketchy area- creepy people roaming around
