I hate having to write this review. I tried to find an email to contact the business to resolve this issue privately but unfortunately, there is not one available. I also tried calling with no response. Please note, it was not Benni that did my hair but another stylist. I came by as a new client recently for a much needed haircut. I was told to come at 10 and I waited for the other appointment to finish before me which is no problem. When it was my turn, my haircut was very rushed and because more clients came in for appointments my hair was only half blow-dried and I was asked what I thought. I couldn’t give an answer and didn’t realize we were done with my service. The cape came off, I paid and left. I was meant to go back to work after my cut but had to go home, finish blow drying my hair and style it myself. I couldn’t believe it. When I was finished styling it, I will admit—it was a good haircut but I have never been in a situation where I had to leave a salon and go blow dry my hair myself, style it and hope that it turned out okay. This is not good client service and even though my cut is good, the overall experience was lacking and left me feeling sad. Please take this review as constructive because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had this experience and sadly, I won’t be returning because of it. I really hope you will find positive ways to improve moving forward.

I'm new to SD and I'm so glad to find Benni's salon! She did an excellent service and I am very happy with her work. Benni is very friendly, patient and professional .She listened to my concerns and made great recommendations on what's best for my hair and look. What I liked the most about her was her time management and how she handled multiple customers at the same time! It was very easy to book a time with her and she was very responsive. Her salon was also very nice and clean. I've got many compliments on my hair and I highly recommended her services.

Today I had my hair done by Benni for the first time, and I must say, she exceeded my expectations. I walked in with brassy hair and a boring style but ended up with perfect color and highlights and a fabulous haircut to top it off. Benni takes pride in her work. She gives professional suggestions and advice without being pushy. I highly recommend Benni if you want a fresh and sophisticated look.

Got my eyebrows threaded here by Bennie (sorry not sure if I spelled your name right) and she was very kind, my eyebrows came out looking great and it was an awesome experience!! She knew exactly what look was best for me

I haven't gotten a haircut in at least a year and found Salon Smart nearby. Benni was so sweet and added layers to my shoulder-length hair cut to add volume and style. My head feels way lighter and the waves look gorgeous. They frame my face very nicely too. Benni also shampoo-ed and conditioned my hair, which was a comforting, pampering experience. Benni is quick and professional and I highly recommend her for haircuts.

Just got my hair cut by Benni! She got me in short notice. She cut hair quick yet perfect just the way I liked it! Super friendly and the salon is nice and clean :) Thank you Benni! I'll be returning to her for sure:)

I highly recommend Benni if you are like me, a busy mom with kids. I heard about Benni from several people and as they had told me, Benni was so sweet and kind, and gave my hair a wonderful layer haircut in a decent time, (I was in a rush to pick up my kids and she managed her time very well). She even gave me a few tips on how to maintain my hair without much care, and received a lot of compliments from my friends, highly recommended!!!

Really bad at keeping clean: old hair on the floor; hair on the chair; messy cloth or cover on the chair; use blow dryer to move hair on the floor away; messy tools not put away so surely not cleaned; from one customer to another customer back and forth; no wearing masks when serving customer or not asked; old and wrong hairstyle even if the customer showed what she liked. Environment and skill don’t match the salon price!! Feel so regretted and bad to come here!

Great experience at Salon Smart! It was my first time getting the chemical treatment on my hair, and I'm so glad I did! It is so soft and is so much less maintenance of straightening. I also asked for a sun kissed highlights look and was thrilled with the results! Exactly what I wanted!
