Best storage facility in the area. It's in a convenient yet safe location, and the facility is clean and well-kept, easy to access and maneuver with wide lanes. The staff was remarkably warm, honest, and helpful, even talked me down from a larger unit which I was grateful for. Rates are very fair, security is top-notch, and super easy to jam in and out of (even in a larger truck like mine). I toured a few other facilities in the area and nothing compared to Scripps Poway. Will rent here for a while!

I've stored here for nearly a decade. Why? Because they are the best. Extremely secure and incredibly clean with well-kept grounds. To top it off, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My original U-Haul pickup was changed to here at the last minute and honestly I was relieved. It’s a little out of the way but I had a very pleasant rental experience overall. Huge shoutout to the front desk who was incredibly kind and courteous!

Excellent storage facility. I needed a storage unit quickly and so I rented this one from the manager, Naomi. She was extremely nice and helpful. I even lost the key code and she was more than helpful to give me a new one.I especially like that the unit is very accessible. Whenever I need to go there to get something or drop something off, it's always quick, no hassle. I even have an inside unit (opposed to a drive up) and it's still very easy. Be sure to ask where they keep the carts if you need one to move from car to unit.Each unit comes with a lock, but you can also put you're own lock on as well for added security. All units are visible on their CCTV cameras so I have no security concerns whatsoever.

I went to another storage facility, that was so horrible, the on-site person was MIA, and the call center was not helpful. (I'm not going to name names, but the cube did not seem too "smart!" Immediately cancelled the contract. Just started randomly calling storage places. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This place is really the best. Real human in the office, super helpful and place is immaculate. Don't be fooled by National chains. This is superior in every way.

I've been using this storage location for years! Had to do some rearranging and Naomi was so very helpful! Everyone is nice, professional and friendly! I highly recommend using this business for all your storage needs.
