I decided to lease a storage unit after speaking with Bill. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I felt secure that the storage area has someone onsite at all times to monitor and Bill the manager lives onsite. I felt the rates are reasonable.

Bill Daniel at CubeSmart, was welcoming the minute I walked in the show room floor. Wish there was more customer service displayed throughout the public, the way Bill did today.
