Google again didn't post my review. Target has been my go to for most of my home essentials shopping for many years. However the shopping experience has been going downhill ever since they started limiting and reducing the use of their self check out. Now you will have to deal with the unfriendly and sometimes rude cashier. You will have to deal with the difference in quality of customer service based on your race and gender. You will have to deal with the long lines when they only have limited cashiers open, and wait for them to slowly scan each item and chat with their "desired demographic" of customers. It seems even with so many new technologies, everything is going backwards. I do not believe people will ever be "colorblind" and genuinely drop their prejudices . Only machines won't discriminate. Will be looking for a new place to shop at.

Always nice when a bunch of managers almost run into a customer like they don't exist, then proceed to walk SLOWLY taking up the main aisle talking about store numbers without an, "excuse me," or, "can I help you find anything?" Laurie at the checkout was nice, she clearly didn't get that from management though.

Allowing political solicitors in front of the store is not acceptable when there are clearly NO Solicitation signs right by the front door. To get into the building you have to walk right by the table. I want to shop in peace without being disturbed. Ban all solicitors.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Celinda. We came in to purchase 80 gifts cards! She was so sweet about it & was so careful. After she was done and I was ready to pay we can into card trouble. She didn’t seem annoyed or over us. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, help, and patience.

Great location, nice store, good products, great prices, supportive staff, fast checkout, plenty of parking. What's not to love?

GIFT CARD SCAMS AT THIS TARGET. I bought two gift cards from this location in September, in October they were used, and now they are worthless. Target will not let me return them. Visa won’t let me dispute it or get a refund. I’m never buying gift cards again.

Double check your receipt when checking out, 3 items that were supposed to be discounted were not. I didn’t even leave the store, immediately went to return/customer service, in which I thought an easy adjustment could be made but turned into a drawn out process of the representative dealing with her unsupportive system, “select sale items” that weren’t clearly marked at all, and a whole lot of wasted time. Consider purchasing online or elsewhere, not worth being treated like your stealing from the store to get your almost $50 of discounts back.

My most favorite Target in all of San Diego County. I drive from El Cajon everytime I need to get something from target. They always have everything I'm looking for. The employees are always kind and helpful. Large selection of items & normally short lines at checkout! What more could you ask for?

Better than Walmart for personal care items and domestic devices. Lacks the automotive and outdoor recreation sections of Walmart, and the electronics sections of both are sloppy dioramas with limited hours that facilitate wasting a customers’ time if one of them shows up actually knowing what they need.

Your typical department store. Stuff is cheap(er) but something I feel is better to have than not.
