Outstanding customer service and the best pricing available along with a vast selection to choose from! Initially contacted them to hopefully replace a remote control from a 20+ year-old HTT massage chair, which is no longer available and ended up purchasing a new absolutely amazing HTT WholeBody ROVE priced far beneath all the competition. Orlis Hernandez along with all of his colleagues i spoke with, Tara, Bruce, Philip, and Tom were all extremely friendly and provided the answers to all the many questions I put forth. I would not hesitate to recommend the Back Store!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We visited the store and were able to try out a range of massage chairs. Orlis was super helpful and patient with us. We didn’t feel rushed and found a chair we love. They had a great offer on an open box chair and delivered it up to our second floor bedroom. The install team was also friendly and took their time to make sure everything was working. We love our Human Touch chair and have already referred our friends to this store!

I bought a Stressless fabric power leg chair from Bruce and Philip. I was skeptical about purchasing a chair, sight unseen considering I am located on the other side of the country. Bruce and Philip made the sale painless. They were awesome to work with. I received the chair a week after I purchased it. It was boxed up and in perfect condition when I received it. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. Bruce, Philip and The Back store are awesome. I am looking at possibly purchasing another chair for my mother. Definitely check them out before you buy your chair. I got an excellent price and absolutely amazing customer service.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I would have given them minus 5 stars if it was an option. Our sales person Orlis told my wife and I that we would receive a FULL refund if returned within 30 days. We return it in 7 days and after several days of phone calls and emails we still had not received credit back to my card. After filling a dispute with my CC company, I finally received an email from Bruce saying they are charging me a restocking fee. I emailed Bruce back & cc Orlis that Orlis promised we would receive a FULL refund. It's been over 2 weeks and they both cannot even give you the courtesy to reply back. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

I saw some bad reviews on the BackStore located in Poway, CA, so I decided to go there and form my own opinion. I was looking for a smaller recliner that had good neck and lumbar support, but wouldn’t break the bank. Orlis did a great job of showing me all the recliners that were smaller and gave me information on each chair I tried out. I left the store with a chair in mind, but I wanted to check out other stores before I commented. I went to Jerome’s, laz boy and several other furniture stores. There were several recliners I liked, but no one could beat the price, quality or match the extras of the chair at their Poway store. All the other stores wanted extra for rocking, swivel and lumbar support. ALSO, no one else could match their warranty on the electronics. 10 years instead of 3 everywhere else. went back to the Poway store and I got another $100 off and I bought the recliner. It was delivered for FREE the next day. I asked about the bad reviews and I was not surprised to hear the reviews are all during COVID. This was due to not being able to find employees during COVID and it also affected suppliers. I had a very good experience with this business and I recommend them. There warehouse/business is large and carried quality furniture at excellent prices, including IMG Scandinavian recliners, chairs and couches. That’s what I bought! I’ll be back for a couch soon.

In a time when good customer service is becoming rare, I was delighted to recently do business with the Back Store. While my purchase was modest (replacement battery packs for recliners), I received prompt, courteous and efficient service. My initial contact was with Denis, who took my information and promised I would hear from Orlis. Orlis soon called, finalized the order, and I received an invoice and shipping notice w/tracking via email.The batteries arrived in a couple of days. I appreciate The Back Store's commitment to meeting a customer's need. Thank you for a most pleasant transaction!

Great products and FANTASTIC customer service. Needed a reclining chair for my father ASAP and staff at The Back Store went the extra mile to get us what we need and when we needed it. Orlis, Bruce and Philip were fantastic through the whole process. We got a Golden power lift PR535. My father loves it, it arrived all set-up. All we did was plug it in. Highly recommend The Back Store-they care!

I just wanted to take a moment to write about my experience with The Back Store. I had purchased an item from them on eBay, and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life.The communication was terrible, and the entire process was incredibly frustrating. I repeatedly sent emails and messages, but all I received in return were automated responses or refusal to help me with my issue. It took forever for them to send the item, and when it finally arrived, it was completely damaged.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased an item from them on ebay in July of 2023, and I have yet to receive it. The tracking number they provided only indicated that the package had been delivered to the shipping company, but there was no further information available.I have contacted them multiple times via email and phone, but my questions have gone unanswered. I am extremely frustrated with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a Zero Gravity Chair. I wasn't told that I had to keep the box that the Chair came in. I called the store and I was told I had to contact Bruce via Email. I want a job like Brjuce
