I went to this store to drop off a package. It was my first time going there, and even though it’s a small location, they had everything I needed. The staff were all very helpful and super friendly. I felt really comfortable walking in, and the place had a warm, welcoming feel. It’s in a big shopping area with plenty of parking. I’d definitely recommend this UPS store.

It is very convenient inside the Scripps Poway strip mall. The employees are very polite, efficient and helpful. It has wheelchair, accessibility and parking nearby.
