I’d like to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received from a USPS Representative named Liza. Unfortunately, my experience with her was extremely frustrating. She had a noticeably bad attitude from the start, was unhelpful throughout the interaction, and took an unusually long time searching for my mail—only to tell me she couldn’t find anything.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering alternative solutions, she placed the blame on me, as if it was my fault she couldn’t locate the items. It felt like she had no interest in helping and was dismissive of my concerns. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and I hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences for others.

I had a rocky start with the postal workers at the front desk being rude and insistent I was wrong. Things have been figured out and despite that, they have been kind and pleasant to see now that I need to go by regularly.

The place can’t accept a package larger than a letter outside their working hours. Normal post offices at least have the larger drop box, but not this place. Update to a larger drop box please!

Had a delivery scan and tracking issue with an item I shipped to Poway. However, A.J. from this location helped get the issue resolved quickly! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Thanks! I truly appreciate you going above and beyond.

Why are the even open some places shouldn’t be in business rude and late to work. Especially back of the sea house manager

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Absolute worst service and staff of anywhere I’ve been. If you wanna know why the post office loses so much money every year, look no further than this particular location in Poway. So completely incompetent in every way.

Hands down best post office in San Diego. Quick lines, very friendly and knowledgeable. Mercedes, the front desk clerk is an absolute gem.

I have had SO many problems with this post office. They held my mail from being delivered because the previous owner who had not lived there for 2 years put a hold on their mail and the postal worker was too lazy to confirm the actual address, so they used the old address on file. Now, they delivered a certified letter without getting my signature. When I went to complain they said due to COVID they are allowed to sign for the customer themselves and drop it into the mailbox. They were rude and unfriendly just like every time I go up there. Don't expect them to be helpful or admit if they made a mistake.

This post office has really gone down hill. The older women that work at the front desk are rude and act like they're being put out to do just about anything. I've had one of them over charge me on several occasions. I was charged $4.50 for an envelope that weighed 3 ounces,I checked it in my postal scale at home . I looked at my receipt when I got home and she charged me for 18 ounces! I dropped off a box with my grandfather's Padre memorabilia in it to send to cousin and it arrived with half the items missing from the box!! I currently have an open investigation into a package that the mail man marked as delivered yet I never received it! Shady business practices and lazy counter ladies.

I’ve sent a package to this address before with no problems. However, this postal office stated I didn’t include the “unit #” on the package, so instead of calling the shipper and asking: they attempted to deliver it about 3 times knowing they’re not going to and then processed a return to sender.. When I look up the address for that business it doesn’t specify the unit # soooo… how would I know? Especially when I’m across country smh. One phone call to the shipper and it could’ve been resolved.

Service is what you’d expect from the post office - it could be worse. This location isn’t currently built for the do-it-yourself automated box, but it would really help to have one since a line forms quickly and business can be done with it after hours or with the long line instead of going to the Carmel Mountain location. Also, this location doesn’t often check how long the line is or properly staff for it.
