I bought a bed frame that was advertised as 'solid wood' but it turned out to be low-grade particle board. The finish was peeling, and the parts didn’t even fit properly. Misleading product description!

I am so glad we made the trip to this store..we flew from San Francisco just to get the chair. Orlis was so helpful in explaining the different chairs. We had time to ourselves to try out different ones and decide what was best. I didn't know there were different sizes and Orlis helped us pick out which one was best. His service was beyond awesome! It was such an easy, pleasant experience. He checked and the chair/color options we wanted was in stock and let us know when we would expect to receive it. It came right as he said and we are so pleased with this. This was replacing a chair we had worn out...if we had more room in the house I'd get another chair now.

I had an issue with a broken chair, and the store refused to help. The staff was rude and dismissive, acting like it was my fault. I tried calling multiple times, but they kept giving me the runaround. Will never shop here again!

My chair arrived in perfect condition exactly when it was supposed to and as described. Because they don’t have to charge sales tax in my state, the price was several hundred dollars less than anywhere I could’ve gotten it in my state. I think some of the lower ratings you see on this site came from the time. In which Covid took place, and hampered everyone’s ability to deliver kind of customer service they would normally like to.

From start to finish the sales team, especially Orlis, were very helpful with product information and well organized in making my purchase from 2,000 miles away. My chair arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Great pricing too! Would definitely buy from Vitalityweb again. A+

Purchased a cover for an older Human Touch perfect chair. They helped me to determine what would fit and what to order. Package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The premium leather cover went on easily and it’s beautiful! So happy with my experience and the value of the product!

My experience with the store has been worse than awful. Months ago I purchased an item from them that arrived poorly packaged, and badly damaged. Unusable. Since then, I have gotten nothing but the runaround. I had to stand at the post office for two hours to return the item so that their insurance claim could get processed. in the meantime, since this is taking so long due to their poor communication, they have closed out the return window. I now have only a receipt from the post office to show for all my efforts, no refund, no replacement.

If you want a brand new Stressless don't buy here! My Incredibly awful experience after months of emails is; when they sell at a discount, they sell "saleable condition" products. If you want brand new, buy at your local retailer. At least you can trust them.

Awesome experience! I purchased a Human Touch Certus massage chair for my wife as a Valentines Day gift. During my inquiry Manny informed me that he had new models in stock, but also told me he had other options available which included some “Open Box” models which could save me almost 50%. My “Open Box” chair arrived at my doorstep 2 days later (over 400 miles away) and was in pristine condition. The chair was still in its original box which included the owner’s manual and warranty information. Between the instruction manual and of course YouTube, we were able to assemble the chair ourselves without any difficulties. Although it was still a big investment, I am very appreciative that Manny was able to save us well over $3k. Thanks Manny.
