I am new to Stressless furniture, and found the variety of models, sizes, colors, materials, finishes, delivery lead times, etc. to be overwhelming.I had the incredible good luck to have Philip as my consultant/ guide.Philip made what seemed impossible a reality. I cannot thank Orlis enough for his assistance in the purchase of our two Wing Stressless chairs. After many bumbled posts on my side we finally got the paperwork correct and he kept me updated on the delivery. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend the company. Got two chairs in less than a month when other companies were saying 4 months.

I must express my concern about Vitalityweb. The office furniture I purchased from them was of incredibly poor quality. The chairs were uncomfortable, the desks were flimsy, and the overall craftsmanship was subpar. It's worrying to think that a company would provide such low-quality products, especially when it comes to something as essential as office furniture. I strongly advise against purchasing from Vitalityweb if you value durability and comfort in your workspace.

I have to express my deep concern and disappointment with Vitalityweb. The office furniture they provide is of incredibly poor quality. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and durability in products that are meant to support our everyday work life. Not only does this reflect poorly on the brand, but it also raises concerns about the safety and comfort of employees who rely on these items. I strongly urge Vitalityweb to take immediate action to improve the quality of their office furniture offerings before more individuals experience the negative consequences of their subpar products.

I bought expensive Ekornes Stressless Recliner Chairs with Ottomans and a Sofa almost 2 years ago.The product is terrible. It's been defective from the get-go. I've had to call customer service multiple times, and each time it's been a nightmare. The chairs keep breaking, the ottomans are falling apart, and the sofa has developed holes in it.

I was extremely disappointed with the office furniture I purchased from Vitalityweb. The quality of the materials used was terrible, and the furniture is clearly not durable or safe. I am genuinely concerned about the safety and durability of their products, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I must express my concern about Vitalityweb. The office furniture I purchased from them was of such poor quality that I am genuinely worried about the safety and durability of their products. The materials used were flimsy and easily damaged, and the overall craftsmanship was subpar. It is deeply disappointing when a company fails to deliver on their promises, especially when it comes to something as essential as office furniture. I hope Vitalityweb takes immediate action to improve their product quality for the sake of their customers' satisfaction and well-being.

We bought 3 Stressless corner tables through Orlis Hernandez at the Back Store. The transaction was done over the phone and Orlis was very helpful and professional throughout the process. The tables were shipped from California to Alabama. One table was damaged in transit and Orlis immediately arranged for a replacement to be shipped. The entire process was very smooth and hassle free. It was a pleasure doing business with the Back Store and with Orlis.Chrissy Sanders

I highly recommend Vitality Web! I have had a iJoy 100 for over 10 year and loved it to death. I wanted to get a newer one of it and looked everywhere for any of the iJoy's. This was the only place I could find them and they had a HUGE selection! The Customer Service that Orlis Hernandez, one of the salespersons, provided was amazing. He knew his product knowledge, he looked into all the iJoy inventory for me, also communicated back and forth with me over a week to help me get the one I wanted. I live out in Ohio, and I would without a doubt call back to do business' with them once again. They shipped everything right to me in a weeks time.

We recently made a large Stressless furniture purchase with VitalityWeb/Backstore in Poway. Orlis went above and beyond helping us with trying out numerous chairs/sofas. The pricing was very competitive and the delivery was within a few days. We had a minor issue with one of our chairs and their warranty dept was right on it. Highly recommend!!!Temecula, CA

ordered replacement human touch replacement pads on the phone. then told they didn't have them and told me I needed more expensive pad set and arm rest blocks for more money. then was told I had to get the Supreme pads with massage and heater which my chair couldn't control it. Pads started at $1200.00 each needed 2 sets. then told $2000.00 each and my pads I needed are not made or available any longer. OK I called the factory and they had 2 new pad sets in stock and shipped them put same week. So glad I didn't deal with Vitality Web. It was a wast of time and they weren't knowledgeable on the products they sell. I spent one hour on the phone with them.

They are terrible1. They sold me a lemon Himolla recliner2. They refused to fix all the problems Notice it stays all the way back !3 The recliner was broken the entire time4. it was under full warranty 5 They finally said they woukd refund only80% minus a big shipping charge. This is not the industry norm 6. They were not remorseful7 They never disclosed that their other customers had problems w the manufacturer so bad they discontinued selling the Himolla furniture8 Ihad bought another recliner from them. The salesman told me they used rag tag parts It arrived in terrible shape. ( major sideways tilt & very loose). Finally the nice manufacturer stepped in and rescued them
