I went in to the Walmart in Poway the other night to use my ebt thru the Walmart site kinda like tap and pay but you don't tap you just pay with your ebt card that is added to the list of different payment options on their site. After swiping every item I had I go to pay and it wouldn't go thru. This worker name perla forgive me if I'm spelling it wrong went above and beyond trying to help me figure out how to try and make it work. I lost my ebt card and I won't be able to get another one till after the holidays so I figured that the stores that advertise that you can use your ebt through Walmart , door dash , and instacart would be pretty easy, WRONG!! But the manager Perla dedicated herself time to helping me try to figure it out. I would recommend that anyone if your having any issues at the Walmart in Poway go to her. Thanks perla

I had an exceptional shopping experience at Walmart, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Manager KHALED. His kindness, helpfulness, and gentlemanly demeanor truly stood out. Additionally, cashier Rosemarie was incredibly patient and helpful, making my visit seamless. Kudos to the team for making Walmart a great place to shop!

Went here after a really long time. A big mistake. Nothing has improved here. Zero class and no customer service. Kind of how Costco Carmel Mountain branch is on its way to becoming.

I went shopping this evening in Walmart. I found Cirkul pruducts in the clearance section of the store on the wall. The cartridges and the other tops, and of course the starter set as well. I went to the register to purchase one starter set and two of the grape and two of the tangerine flavor cartridges. When I got upnthe the register I was told the cartridges were marked down but the kit was not. I asked to see a manager and instead of calling them over for me, I was told I could go to the service desk. I spoke with a nice manager, Perla, and she checked with someone who told us that they were not on clearance and it must be an error. I walked over and showed Perla all the inventory that was on the shelf and that only a few of the Cirkul items had the yellow clearance tags on them, a few of the upgraded lids and a few of the cartridges. I asked if there was anything that could be done, and was told sorry. Perla took a picture as well so whoever she was texting could see this and have someone move all the starter kits. All of my time spent for your store benefit.I am recovering from diabetes and I am very limited in what I eat and drink, so this was something of a treat for me since I drink over a gallon of water a day a work.If you see this and can do anything, please contact me, as I would appreciate it.

I used to work here from September 2021-October 2022. I would like to say Coach Justin was a really good coach very good at dealing with customers as well as associates when he worked at poway Walmart. I'm not sure what Walmart he is at now but I hope to eventually see coach Justin again at poway Walmart.

Door greeter: she was rude. Customer service desk worker: she was rude. Self checkout worker: rude. Exit receipt checker: rude. I interacted with a total of four employees while at this Walmart location, and was not once treated with courtesy. Not surprise three of the employees had their badge turned backwards. Wonder why?

Today was the worst check out experience I've had at this store. Our checkers name was Margaret. The customer in front of us was not used to shopping. She was confused and struggled to bag her groceries. Our checker Margaret, scanned our groceries before the confused shopper was done and threw our groceries away me, yes threw them at me while I was trying to bag our groceries. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst Walmart with the worst customer service. The last two times I've dropped off film to be developed it took over 4 weeks even though I was told it would take 5 business days. On top of that, I would call the store multiple times and no one would answer. Because of this I would have to go into the store and ask about my photos and the employees would offer no help at all. I will never take my film to be developed here again.

This store and location are really nice, generally clean inside. Which makes it a little disappointing that some of the employees are pretty disrespectful. There's been a number of instances where I've seen or personally experienced a less than pleasant attitude at checkout. I would recommend, but advise you go to self checkout or order pick-up. The gentlemen working in that area are all super helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Don't go here at night. The customer service sucks big time. Perla has to be the worst team leader. She yells at customers and employees in front of customers. This place has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Don't even get me started on them checking receipts when you walk out.

Just wanted to give some feedback about todays experience. I went through the line and was met with I think her name was Valhadah or something close. She was so efficient and quick and friendly that it made my experience all that much better. All companies would be happy to have such a hard working and happy employee. thanks Valhadah and I am sorry if I missed spelled the name

I'm in different to this location. The staff don't ask if I need help when I'm lost finding things. When I do ask for help it's s*itty non attempts. Cool! Just rudely tell me without telling me where something is located. I went as far as using the website and nothing is in the correct isle as stated online. I tried being open minded and trying to go to Walmart again after years and I just hate Walmart. I tried! That counts! I gave two stars because I'm being generous which isn't common.

Alba was the sweetest with customer service so kind sweet attentive the worker before her old lady with grey hairs was so rude and unfriendly but Alba jumped in was so kind understanding will be calling corporate to let them know alba is amazing !!!!

For a handicap person the riding carts always broke never repaired . Had to wait 2 hrs for one to be available and when I first got it the battery died . With the amount of elderly and handicap I would think Walmart could do a better job in serving their customers .
