Standing in line while two tellers fight over one money counting machine and another teller just sits in his little chair at the end acting like everything is okay This is hands down the worst branch I've personally delt with and I've been a member since 2000Message to Managment - train your staff better and you also should be retained by the right

The people that they put in charge in this branch I don't know if she's the manager or the lead teller has no class she doesn't know how to speak to customers she's not very tactful!! They should close that Branch down ! What a waste! I refuse to go back to that Branch I will stick to the one on Poway road they're more consistent..

I have been a WF customer for a long time and I have been noticing a decline of what makes a bank, a bank: Customer Service. I am appealed that today, I experience not one, but two employees (a teller and a "manager") that are totally incompetent and straight out told me to use the ATM machine outside for a simple and routine check deposit that I've been making for a while. Not only that, but then try to belittle me, the customer!! They mean to tell me that a machine is more powerful than human interaction? If so, what are these two idiots there for? To frustrate us, the ones that keep our money in their institution, which in turn, keeps them afloat. I am not one to write reviews, but this one moment really upset me. I expect more from you Wells Fargo!!!

I rarely use this Wells Fargo branch, but it's for the drive-thru ATM when I do. The location is on the northeast corner of Community and Poway Roads (in the Aldi shopping center) with access from either road.
