This is a great company with great people. I am very non-tach savvy and they were so patient with me. Everyone that came out for the first visit and the ones that came out to install the internet were super nice and helpful and professional! The price was great and they worked so hard to get me the right items (my boss was changing things left and right) and they got it all nailed down perfectly!

I had to learn quick how to make some changes to our answering message and I opened a ticket and got help from a patient and competent help desk rep within 24 hours. He not only helped me figure out what I needed to know, he also taught me a number of other really useful tools. I'm also quite impressed with the number of options you get with a phone system with Ztelco.

RingPlan through ZTelco has been an amazing improvement to our office! I love the cell phone app feature, as well as the ease of being able to transfer call to employees outside of the office. Their RingPlan Meet app could use some work, but the phone system is great as is their support team. They answer your questions quickly and you usually have the same tech assigned to you.

My experience with Ztelco/RingPlan has been great! James, the Installation Specialist that was assigned to my clinic has been nothing but fantastic! He really goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions. Even a slight issue he calls almost immediately to help get it fixed right away! He understands the client's time is valuable and is very efficient with calls, training, and checking in. He is very easy to work with and talk to, not like other big name company employees where you are just another number to them. I am very appreciative of all the help and support I have gotten from James and Ztelco/RingPlan!!

No customer or technical support with this company. Unfortunately due to our service location there are not many internet/VOIP services and so this is the company that we've settled with. We have had countless network connectivity issues since beginning service, and the only form of support we ever receive is "Our technician is looking into the issue." or "It appears as though a radio has been moved out of position on the roof, a technician will re-align it shortly." With speaking to representatives directly it's evident that the script they are reading from is designed to give you the run-around with the no actual direct answer as to what the issue may be, what is being done to remedy the situation or steps to be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. As a consumer, please look into other service options. You can tell this is an inadequately represented company.
