Best walk in experince of any hardware store. Walked in looking for a spring rake- instantly helped at the door by staff and led to their rakes, checked out and back in the car within 60 seconds.

We had a blow out on our wood splitter and had to come down to prather to get a new tire and supplies. It was our first time changing a tubeless tire. THANK GOODNESS FOR CHRIS! He made sure we had the right stuff and gave us very thorough instructions. Chris, thanks to you, we made it to Huntington Lake and split 3 cords of wood. customer service and attention to detail was amazing.

The folks at the Chainsaw area were very friendly and super helpful! I can't say the same for the other staff at the front, but they guys at the chainsaw area makes up for it.
I came into the store to get a chainsaw and they gave me options to meet my needs. This place was also highly recommended by my neighbors. Speaking with them; you just know that they are experts with the machinery themselves... they seem to speak from experience; unlike some places in town that sound like they are speaking from memory of Wikipedia.
Moving forward, I'm using this place for all my home projects and tools need.

Every time I go in. it’s exceptional service. Covered in dirt and weeds I dragged myself in and they fixed my issue on site within minutes. Got me right back to my mountain misery! Thank you!

To expensive. It's OK to make a profit, but you don't have to gouge your customers so bad that they won't come back. The feed store has some hardware for much better prices.

My husband came in yesterday, looking for a bolt for his motorcycle seat. The gentleman at the counter helped him find one, and even lent him a wrench to put it on. Now that’s great customer service. Thank you!!
