None existent customer service for the pharmacy over the phone. It's literally the worst I've dealt with and zero excuse for it. I'll add- don't sign up for automatic refill reminders because it will harass you with inaccurate reminders.
UPDATE YOUR HOURS ALREADY!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrendous service, frankly, management should be notified of how awful the pharmacy is.
This is hands-down, the rudest, most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with.
Unfortunately, they have a bit of a monopoly on the market given the rural location and proximity to other drug stores/pharmacies.
Even so, if you can refill RX anywhere else - DO IT!!!

It seems like all the pharmacy employees hate their jobs. Always so rude and uninviting. Zero customer service. The store employees have always been very nice and helpful tho. Wish the pharmacy employees could be the same :/

They would have gotten a 5star rating except for how they have treated my husband! His Dr sent in a prescription 4weeks ago and as of today they are still saying, we have to order it in. He has all ready told them to order it and he'll pay for it out of pocket since his insurance doesn't cover it. He's been in the store twice and told the he will pay out of pocket, order it. Called this morning to check on it and was told, we have to order it, after he has already told them yes order it. Not happy with them at all!

The store is always clean, very easy to find what you are looking for and the staff is friendly. Rosa was very helpful and greeted us as soon as we walked in.

Very friendly and helpful customer service from Rosa today at CVS Prather. I am feeling under the weather and had a coupon which would not scan and she was helping another customer and made sure to let me know she was available to help me also. I was buying cold medicine and she let me know the tissues were buy 1 get 1 1/2 off so I got 2 n got a better discount on the coupons I had! Thanks Rosa, a friendly helpful person can make a sick persons day a little bit better?

Way to close three hours early because of a 30 minute power outage. My kid doesn’t need his prescription. I’ll never understand how mountain stores don’t have backup generators. The only good thing about this store is that there’s now self checkout. I hate self checkout. I hate waiting for an employee to return to the front of the store. I’m systematically removing all business and prescriptions from CVS. Someone open a mom and pop pharmacy!
